The seat pad had stripped screw holes so it’s now usable or safe. The worst of all the gear wheel is made of plastic and bent so the chain keeps popping off. SO unsafe when this bike can get up to 30mph!Still no response from this seller. DO NOT BUY!

Bought 2 bikes One came in great the other the shipper dropped it on the top . So it shifted the battery up and stripped out the screws, also broke the battery plate . Spoke with the seller and said no problem, shipped out some parts . Received most of the parts , enough to repair. Had the bike up and going before the parts got here because I am a maintenance guy and know my way around a screwdriver. I would recommend this bike if you know how stuff works , if not buy something local so you can get it fixed . I would never ride it in the rain and cover the display to keep it from getting wet. This is not a boat and if you wanted waterproof spend more money. You know what the used car salesman said . It was only driven by a little old lady. We have them down at the beach so we spray them down with WD40. The Display is calibrated for a 24 inch wheel so it shows the at 32mph is actually 25 mph MAX so I believe it is only a 500w motor so far still a good deal. will keep updating this review. "This city bike came 98% assembled. There were no assembly instructions included. Cannot beat the price. It gets about 35-40 miles on a single charge with some pedaling to assist. It has decent power (although my husband says that he has to help out the motor on hills - he weighs about 150 lbs and has the men's version of the bike). I am at 110 lbs and I never have to help it out. It's a great height and rides comfortably. There are meters where you can see cycling data. The wire connection is indeed the same as the picture. It looks like rubber material, it should look like a real waterproof interface. But it's super fun and the batteries last a long time!Update: Encountered when riding, I had to go home in the rain. I wiped off the water on my bike the first time. With no water entering the bottom of the battery, I tried to turn on the electric car. Fortunately it still works. I will still avoid riding in the rain, after all, this is also a big asset. (I saw someone saying that the bike could not be used after the rain, and consulted the customer service waterproof function before buying. The core of the electric car is at the bottom of the battery, and it is not recommended to rain. If it gets wet, it needs to be dried in time)"
Updated summary: Great customer service best option on market for the price, but you may have to do more then expected before your first ride.Update: The courier treated the box roughly, broke a hole, and lost the seat parts. Contacted customer service, they said to take it to a local bike shop and they would refund me the cost. Thankfully I have a place within walking distance. They refunded me the money in 1 day! Now with everything fixed and assembled the bike works great!I purchased two eBikes (couple models) ; one for me and this one for my wife. While my previous bike and this one are rated at the same wattage, this one has more torque than my 21-speed mountain bike. From my research this still seems to be the best bike for the money - one of the only ones that goes up to 32 mph, has a battery that will last more then 30 miles (that's 2 days worth for me), recharges in 6 hr.
