We explained that the color was important to us and Ann in Customer Service went to great lengths to find us a white bike and have it send quickly. Assembly was pretty simple except the fork was slightly bend. A request to customer service sparked a quick reply with a simple fix of twisting the fork back in alignment. The battery was received fully charged and we took off down the rode.I believe the bike is well built and I am confident that if something goes wrong the eAhora customer service will be quick to help me out.
This ebike is an amazing purchase. Easy to assemble and on the road in a matter of minutes. Make sure to turn the front forks around, and Make sure you put the correct pedals on the correct sides. Battery came 95% charged. After exactly one month (25 working days, at 12 miles both ways((24)) thats 600 miles exactly) not a single tire puncture. I've yet to run out of battery on my trips. And I've saved almost 100 dollars in gas by leaving my car at home. 22 mph feels actually very fast.This bike is beautiful and it flat out gets up and goes. I will never revert back to a conventional bicycle. I love the bike.
