Firstly, this is a nice e bike! I don't want to say how perfect this bike is. Nothing is perfect. But this bike is worth the price. I got to sum up some most important advantages to explain why its value of money. Nice package, reasonable protection machanism, no visible scratch marks or damages on the package. It was made of very sturdy materials, smart shock absorption system allow my bike cross many complex area. It's easier to assemble the e bike than you think. It's take me 15-20 minutes to install the bike, and have the first try, feeling good!And talk about the amazing customer service. I was trying to buy another battery from a seller. And got the respond very quickly. The seller told me that all parts of their bicycle had a one-year warranty. (Of course, including batteries). These are not for sale alone, and he tried to send me a link for buying the batteries on the amazon market, I think it's a very responsible and thoughtful behavior. So, I recommend this bike for someone who need it.
It is really exceptionally stable, well designed, QUIET and gorgeous. I am utterly thrilled with it. Anyone buying it - be aware it is very heavy and you might need two people to move it. I was looking at other bikes but very glad I decided on the pooboo. Very steady and easy to assemble. It is easily adjusted so other family members can get their cardio in. I would recommend it snyone. When riding I can easily change the resistance, which allows me to engage in interval training.
