Below are some critical reviews about Jasion Electric Foldable Bicycles CommuterI thought I had done a good job researching and noticed that this bike had a larger battery power then similar bikes. Unfortunately The bike has very little power going up minor inclines so if you have Rolling hills that you have to travel on, I would not recommend this bike.
The battery only last 11miles. Also came with a scratch like they stoped it before putting it in the box because the box was fine.

The bike was easy to assemble, there are great videos online and the instructions are clear and it took about an hour and a half by myself. It rides very smooth I take it 8.5 miles to work every day. Charges in about 3 hours and can go about 20 miles distance. Hits the advertised 21 mph at full charge on flat conditions. I have seen it hit 23 mph downhill and has a top speed (without pedaling) of about 15 mph uphill on a full charge. On less then full charge the speed will fluctuate between 16-20 mph depending on the slope of the road. Pedaling faster makes it go faster uphill but doesn’t do much difference downhill. You practically never have to pedal but if your bike were to die it also pedals the same as a normal bike with the power off so you wouldn’t be stranded. The folding works wonderful it has fit into every car I’ve needed to put it in so far. The lights are bright and effective. The bike itself feels sturdy and well made. The bike is able to ride in grass with ease making it able to go almost anywhere, just avoid large gravel patches at high speeds. Other than needing to store it inside and not riding it the rain as per the manual’s suggestions I have no complaints about this bike and am considering buying a newer model for the longer range and the basket.
Jasion support team absolutly amazed me with there overbearing resolutiom with the problem that occured with my EB3 cuasing her to stop working completely. When i !st reached out, i was assuming i was gonna get stiffed by some companany far away. Neddles to say i wrote the review below only 2 days after i emailed and did not see a response. I gave up to quick on the Jasion Team and hadnt bothered to check my emails... Turns out they had emailed me over 4 with genuin concern about my EB3. They had offered me a exchange right from the start. In addition i asked if i could pay the difference for the upgradded model cuase i was so pleased with thw !st model... ya know what they did... yup, THey gave me a complimentry upgrade. What can i say but my apoligies Jasion Team, you all rock! Customer for as long as i ride.Ibwas extremely pleased with this bike. After riding it for 5 days I had put 40 ml on her and I treated her with the special care and PHX is a flat city, easy riding. Then on a trip to the store it malfunctioned. No acceleration. LED light up but blank screen, it was all bad.. So I reached out to Jasion thru there website. They emailed me back once saying do it thru Amazon. Doing it thru Amazon. Charging me 180 in delivery not counting if the fix her and return her, another $90. The bike retails at $359. I wanted to work with Josion to see if a 3rd party tech could be recommended in my state but to no avail. I LOVED this product! Customer service however is below, "below average". When peeps saw me the 1st 5 days I had it, I was smiling ear to ear and raving about her. I work at the Phoenix Suns Arena as well, so many consumers (and now the Suns are in the playoffs... so many many more consumers will see me pedilng instead of riding) would ask my opinion of her. Now when people see me pedilng or it's parked I let them know how satisfied I am with the PRODUCT but extremely disappointed in the customer service. Note: the 30 day warrantyis void if you have more than 10miles on the odometer.Any recommendations on another ebike company I can try? I'll edit this post later to inform how my devastating lost was handled from this point on? I'm just doing one last check in Phoenix who can fix it under the $90 dollars it's gonna cost me to send it back. Thanks for listening and fyi still a great product people just be aware when adjusting the seat for storage our transportation there is a risk of damage critically needed cables for the bike to perform the way it was manufactured to. it says it comes with suspension but the truth is that the suspension is practically nonexistent, if you ride this for a couple of blocks you will get pain on your tailbone because there is nothing to take the shock, major design flaw. Also there are no gears, so realistically you cant actually use it as a bicycle as it mentions, because the wheels are so small, you cant really get anywhere pedaling, if you could switch gears then maybe, but unfortunately they didn't design it that way. since the gear is so small , you cant really pedal and use the motor at the same time, you have to fully rely on the battery which is a bummer. besides all of these flaws, its a decent ride to get around, will get you to work and back, but far from a perfect design.Update: they sent me a helmet and a seat with some suspension. Customer service is out of this world! I would buy a product from this company over Segway ANYDAY
