Gift for our 12 year old son, who waited a week for it (not complaining about that). Missing pedals. There was an empty smaller box in the larger box that you can definitely tell it was ripped open by the tape.
I havent ridden in decades except for an attempt at a 20" a few years ago. at 6'2" I felt like a circus bear on a tiny bike. Had I thought to try a 26" I would have stuck with it. This bike is a great intro to getting back into riding at a lower price point. Knocked off 1 star because rims could use truing from shipping and the pegs can only be installed on the front there is a shorter axle on the rear that prevent pegs being used. other than those small issues I'm happy with the bike. Also I chose grey over blue because the black contrasting bars and fork. Had the blue been the same blue/black combo I might have chosen it.***Edit 5/9/2022 a few months ago the seat started to crack I contacted Hiland and they offered to replace the seat I was impressed they would after owning for about 3 months. Not expected at all. Seat never arrived, it has been over two months, nothing, I emailed to ask if they sent. No reply. I would have just bought another and chalked it up to Hiland makes a crappy seat, oh well. They gave an impression they would stand behind product and I waited three months thinking it was coming when it wasn't.

I purchased a Hiland mountain bike for my grandson in April, he was very happy with his new bicycle, but he wanted a BMX bicycle. The new Hiland BMX bike came in last week. My grandson loves his new bike and other family members ride his mountain bike. We now have 2 high quality bikes by Hiland, and we are happy with our new bikes.
