I like the bike it’s a nice ride. Would be better if it came assembled.
Original packaging was placed inside of a second box for shipping. None of the warnings about laying it on its side were transposed to shipping carton. Original packaging was damaged in multiple locations. Wheels were bent, seat hold down was missing chain was jammed between innermost sprocket and frame. I should have just gone to a big box store. Instructions were crap and didn't list the 2.5mm Allen needed to move the brake and shifter controls that were mounted upside down on the handlebars. Bought for my son for Christmas, and now he just gets to look at it while I get replacement hardware, true the rims, and fix the brakes. Had I not already disposed of the packaging, I would have returned this item.
