It seems like a very nice bike, well built and sturdy., shipped to us partially assembled, but the fork was placed on backwards. To me, that’s not something that should have been missed while assembling.In essence, your safety depends on you(!), and obviously can’t rely on anyone other than a professional and yourself. So, please check twice before riding.
The Good:Received the bike with no scratches or dings apparent on the metal frame or box, they did a really good job making sure that the frame was protected from damage during shipping. The wheels were in good condition and there weren't any parts missing from the bike itself.After getting it together I managed to test ride it for a good 20 minutes, the frame didn't seem to buckle at and everything I'd tightened down stayed in place.The Bad:The bike seems to be a pretty rough ride, the seats pretty uncomfortable if you aren't used to it.Multiple parts on the frame were bent or otherwise out of place.The rear gear assembly was bent into the spokes, it was correctable but it may pull back in later requiring more adjustment.The front fork was horribly twisted to one side to such an extent that it could not be corrected. All I could do was put a washer in to make the break pads fit and tighten the bolts down extra snug to bend the forks back into relative alignment. In my case I was able to get the wheel straight. However this is a manufacturing defect for sure and couldn't have happened during shipping. Buyer beware.The instructions are terrible. They were difficult to follow and would commonly show pictures for the other model bikes.No parts list was included in the box, I had to go back to amazon to figure out if I was missing anything.The air pump provided is supposed to have a gold screw on tip to help with pumping according to the instructions, however, this was not shipped in my case. I could still pump the bike but it was pretty difficult.The welds on the forks and frame seem sketchy.Other Mentions:The handle bar assembly is on backwards for shipping purposes, it needs to be loosened and turned around.The gears come pre-attached to the handle bars but the lettering on them seems to be upside down.You 'will' need to adjust the gears when you assemble the bike, in my case I didn't need to change much (except what I already mentioned).The stickers on the tire rims were already peeling away in my case, I assume these tires were in storage for an extended period of time, or the stickers use sub-par adhesive.TLDR:Bike came with bent parts, some smaller parts were missing, welds look sketchy.it's a $200 bike, you get what you pay for.
I took the bike to the shop after it was built and the people who worked there said “ I would take it back where ever you bought it from. The gears were not changing , the front and derailer was not moving at all

Easy to assemble great bike for the money
I appreciate that all tools needed and even a bike pump was included in the box. I don't think the bike pump will be passed down to my children and then to their children, but I wasn't stranded with my new bike.Because I read the instructions, I turned the fork 180 degrees, and assembled the front wheel in no time.
