The kickstand is not solid enough and the fenders are plastic and I did not like the quick release on the front tire
As a middle-aged female who uses this as transportation to and from work (10 miles a day), I am pleased with this purchase.My original electric bike, that I loved, was stolen, and so I searched w/ high expectations for a replacement. HAPPYRIDE was the winner.It was pretty easy to put together w/ YouTube tutorials. It was missing 2 small minor pieces though, but just like other reviews had stated, customer service was amazing. They responded w/in a few hours, and said I should receive them w/ in 10 days.The ride itself is fun. It does go up to 28mph if you use the 3rd gear button for pedal assist, and it maneuvers like you would expect a dirt bike to. I feel like the tires could handle alot. It's great that it comes w/ blinkers and a horn already installed too! I have had it less then a week, and only put 60 miles on it so far, but for the most part, I love it already.That being said, here's the only drawbacks :Based on personal opinion, I prefer a thumb throttle over a handle bar twist throttle.There doesn't seem to be an ideal place for a basket or a rear rack either.Also cruise control would be ideal for this bike too.HERE'S SOMETHING IMPORTANT YOU MUST KNOW:On one page of the Amazon description , it says recommended rider's height: 55"-65".But another page says 64"-69"I'm 5 feet tall (60"). If I sit on the seat, I CANNOT touch the ground , even on tiptoes. This wouldn't be a problem, if the throttle worked w/ out pedal assist, but you have to pedal 1 cycle for it to kick in. But, I like the bike, so I'll figure out a system.Just beware if you're under 5'4", you might have an issue.Other than that... it's a fantastic bike all around!! You won't be disappointed.Happy trails!!
I recently purchased an electric bike, and I have to say, I'm thoroughly impressed! Although I've only had it for a few weeks, I can confidently say that the quality of the product is excellent.The assembly process was straightforward and didn't require much effort. I was able to put it together without any trouble and was quickly on my way. The bike arrived with a broken speed selector switch, but their customer service was exceptional. They quickly sent a replacement part, and now the bike works perfectly.Speaking of customer service, I can't praise them enough! They were prompt, courteous, and helpful. They truly went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.As for the bike itself, it's a dream to ride. The electric assist makes cruising up hills a breeze, and the battery life is impressive. It's perfect for running errands, or just cruising around for fun. I love the sleek design and comfortable seating. Overall, I'm extremely happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this electric bike to anyone in the market for one.
