Tightened up all allen bolts on handlebars and clamps very tight and still can move forks around. Not safe, not cool! Paint has runs all over, cheapest handlebar, grips and pedals I've ever seen. This thing looks like a toy. Can't get breaks to stop rubbing after several adjustments. One short ride and they rub again. Not a true 27.5" tire. Measures below 26". Can't use smallest gear on cassette. As soon as you shift down chain comes off. Can't inflate tires over #20 pounds with pump. How do you give zero stars here?
This bike is not strong enough. I bought this bike October 2020 and now I have the following issues:Breaks are not functioning correctlyFront gearshift mechanism is broken - you cannot shift gears at the frontSeat does not hold in place - keep tilting back and forthTires are very low quality

Bike arrived well packaged with no shipping damage. A plastic bushing was cracked in the fork assembly and I returned the bike. You have to pay return shipping on this bike and it is expensive. Instructions for return were a little confusing, but I muddled through. The company eventually refunded me the bike cost, but not the return shipping. I am sure for some this could be a great bike, just did not work out for me.
The directions weren't for that bike. Some differences but I was able to figure it out. It was in good shape when it came in and except for a minor scratch the paint is good. As far a a ride, it's a nice smooth ride and fits me well. I'm 5'8" and 180lbs.
This bike is better than I expected in every way and worked flawlessly on our first outing. However, the instructions are so bad that it's almost better to not even have instructions becuase they just add confusion. Just assemble it using the bike pictures from amazon.
