Below are some critical reviews about WTVA Electric Step Thru Mountain SuspensionI like the bike, but getting help from customer service is disappointing. The owner’s manual is very vague with instruction on how to lower speed on the pedal assist mode. This bike is too fast.
We enjoy the bike very much. Just what we wanted. But cannot get another key from manufacturers and no locksmith will do it
Had no instructions, was very difficult to put together, was supposed to be a 20 inch and was instead a 26 inch and the seat had a gash on the side!!Very disappointed in this product over all!!

Received the product today, so far my main beef is with FedEx and not with WTVA. Contacted WTVA support by email and they responded very quickly so I rate their support so far 5 out 5!Anyway, it went together well ... some instructions came with it but were not much needed, it took longer to unpack it and remove all its protective wrapping and most of it was already assembled. The bike is built well and I had no problems putting it together by myself (about 30 min). Note: they redesigned the Handlebar attachment so its even easier to install. Anyway, after a few rides, for now, I'm very happy ... I love how fast it is! Top speed 31 mph on PA 3. Winter is coming so I won't get to ride it much tell springtime. The only reason why I didn't give it a 5 star is it is a bit of a pain to fold and when folded it's flimsy (meaning it does not lock in a folded position like a Brompton) and thus makes it harder to left.Update: 3rd day out riding ... beautiful day ... but actually the first day I decided to go some distance to a friend who also has an E-bike. About 1.5 miles I get a flat tire in the rear. Apparently this happens with fat tires so you need to add some protection. Anyway patched the tube and back on the road. Looking at the tire I can't find anywhere what cause the puncture, so it appears there was a pinch that caused it. Perhaps get some protective inserts?Update: After some researching decided to go with FlatOut. It would be nice to have a selection of tire available when ordering this bike. Due to bad back I will only be riding on pavement so I think I be looking for tires for road use only.
Has throttle. Works great for traffic lights to get across the street quickly. Fat tires are great fro different terrains. Battery gas a good range. Uses a key to keep it safe from losing power. 750 brushless motor. Headlight is easy to turn off and on display. Keeps track of speed.
Handle bar release from forks is great design. Angled fold allows for flat storage. Even the pedels fold up when placed flat . Very pleased
