Below are some critical reviews about Vivi Electric Mountain Bicycles RemovableBike looks very sharp, nice and comfortable ride. Instruction manual is not helping at all. When I put the air in the tire, the tire came off the rim. So then I instantly took out the air and put the tire back on and as of now it’s working fine
the bike itself is great but there are some issues with it. when I am riding it, it is making an annoying clicking noise on the left side while peddling. I have reached out to the company for help and no response.
I bought two of these. When they got to me, they were scratched and the paint was chipping off the wheels. I put them together anyway. Assembly was pretty easy. However, one of the bikes had a bearing with a ton of slop on the front wheel. There wasn't any way to adjust it out. Everything else adjusted fine. It came with all the tools needed to assemble it.Here's where the huge problem came to light. It said the batteries needed to charge overnight so I plugged one in and after a few minutes I smelled something burning. I went and checked and the charger light was flashing red. I unplugged the battery and unplugged the charger. I plugged the charger back in and it would not stop flashing red.I plugged the other battery in and it was the same problem. I tried to get replacement batteries from Amazon but they said they weren't available so I had to take the bikes all the way back apart and return them.I'm glad I caught the batteries overheating before there was a fire. One of the batteries had some pretty serious overheating. The other wasn't as bad.We rode them around a little bit without the batteries and found that the front suspension was really bouncy and just all around loose.I'd avoid these bikes not just because of the safety and fire issue but also the chipping paint, bad suspension, lack of replacement parts and bad front bearing.

It's only for the road because there is a handlebar under the pedals that constantly hits the ground when going over curbs or high bumps.Pros: The bike is VERY fast when on high mode.Cons: Besides the bar underneath the pedals the instructions aren't very clear as to what the left-handle "derailer" is for.
We bought two of these bikes to use on our RV trips and the bikes are really nice. Confortable, great value and quality, easy to assemble and use. Super impressed with the seller. One bike arrived earlier than the other, but since they were ordered together both were listed as being delivered under one tracking number. I immediately contacted the seller, and despite occurring over the holidays, they were very prompt in responding. Not only did they confirm both bikes were shipped, they provided a second tracking number and provided a $20 refund for the inconvenience. Although most sellers would have left it there, they continued to track the shipment and contact me until I confirmed it was delivered. I would not only highly recommend these bikes, but also the seller in providing such superior customer service. Thank you.
