Below are some critical reviews about PanAme Mountain Outroad Suspension Anti SlipThis bicycle is full of defects- and the seller's return policies are a scam.As much as I tightened it up, the saddle (seat) won't stay in place (tilts back when you sit in it).When you turn, it doesn't feel smooth at all- more like something grinding.The right side gear indicator came in broken (had to repair it with crazy glue).One cable was broken too.Some of the stickers came so poorly glued to the bicycle I will have to remove them.Regardless of adjustments the brakes remain loose and there is friction in the front wheel/disc brake.The worst part is that the gears don't work properly.This bicycle is not safe for riding!This bicycle is so plagued by defects and so poorly put together I wonder if someone is doing it on purpose- sending the proverbial message in a bottle, sending out an SOS.UPDATE:I had to take the brand new bicycle to an expert at the bike shop. It will cost me about 90 dollars to get the bike functioning properly (if nothing is broken and it is just a matter of adjustment).The experts at the bike shop could not make the bicycle work properly and safely. The components are so cheap that they couldn't adjust the breaks to a point it was safe to ride the bike; neither could they get the gears to shift properly. And that was at the best bike shop in New York!I disassembled and repackaged the bicycle to return it.I started the return process. They expect me to pay for shipping. They expect me to pay for shipping back a DEFECTIVE and UNSAFE product. Then they will charge you a restocking fee. That on top of the 100.00 USD I paid at the bike shop to try to make it work.So, because this goes all the way back to China and I have to pay for shipping (and a restocking fee)- and I spent 100 USD for the bike shop service- it seems that by the end of this ordeal I will have paid 400.00 USD and I don't have a bicycle.I should've read the customers' reviews. Lesson learned.This seller should be banned from Amazon- their products are not safe, and their return policy forces the customer to keep the product because returning it is more expensive than throwing it in the trash.Do not buy from them.

I like the shocks and the overall construction of the bike. However there are a few things that did not perform as well as expected. The lowest gear didn’t seam to provide enough strength to power through climbing a small incline. I also did not prefer the seat as it was to narrow and when tightened several times it did not stay in place while riding. I bought a special European seat and gel foam cover for that and the seat works perfectly now.
The brakes are a pain to adjust, but manageable. The seller was prompt replacing missing parts. I will buy it again.
There was a hole in the weld but I patched it up, other than that, had to tune the derailleur it was easy, didn't get damaged in shipping. The paint peels off kinda easy so be careful when tightening bolts!!
