Below are some critical reviews about Mountain 21 Speed Drivetrain Anti Slip AluminumVery shoddily built, almost broke it putting it together and once I rode it, felt like I could die on it, with little effort. The brakes don't work very well and it felt like It was going to fall apart on me while riding.
The packaging was damaged. The instruction for assembly was not clear and incomplete. The handlebars were crooked. The front derailleur loosened as we tried to shift gear. We paid $69 for shipping and to return it, unlike other Amazon product the seller didn't provided a free shipping. Not a good experience with this seller and with Amazon for advertising this product!!!!!
I bought a bike from them and is extremely heavy and as soon as I rode it, the chain came out. I called Amazon and the bike company to file a complaint and still waiting for an answer. Not happy with purchase!!

Love it !! Shifting is so easy and the ride is awesome
The bike was easy to assemble, about 30 minutes. The only issue was that the seat must be designed for a 100 lb teenager. lol I went to a local bicycle shop and purchased a better seat. Now the bike fits perfectly.
