Below are some critical reviews about EVERCROSS EV10K PRO App Enabled LightweightIt's undoubtably an awesome product with best mileage. But when it comes to practicality it scores less. It's nearly impossible to lift it and carry it for work. I bought it as a gift to a girl. But she could barely lift the item for even half a foot.
Pros:Nice distance.Nice battery.Decent headlight.Cons:Kickstand is too long, if ground is not perfectly level, to the millimeter, it WILL fall over. Learn to tilt the handlebars hard left if you want to have a chance at it not falling over. Not available in folded position.Indicator covers will break if they hit concrete, even if the scooter started from a very slow fall (e.g. falling over because the kickstand is too long).Folding hook is on the right handlebar, which shifts center of balance left. If you use the kickstand, It WILL fall over.After one serious hit, the accelerator would stick in about 30% power position. In addition, the entire steering column is unstable in the upright position, so it's now really hard to control above about 12mph.Brakes come way too tight. The lightest touch was life-threatening.Laughably shallow uphills are too much for this scooter.Their default warranty doesn't cover plastic at all, for good reason. My plastic bits didn't survive the first week.Not enough platform space for men's 11 shoes. You'll be constantly shuffling your feet to try and feel like you're not going to fall off or tilt your feet the entire time.Sadly, this product is almost perfect, yet it has a few critical flaws that keep it from its full potential. They need to reinforce the folding connector so that it doesn't break so easily. They need to reinforce the turn indicator covers so that they don't break so easily. This could easily have been the best scooter I've ever owned. The things it does it does well. It's all the other stuff it doesn't do well that holds it back.Consider a different product with fewer flaws.
I can’t give a full assessment of this scooter yet, since I’ve been using it for a little over a week, so I’ll leave my impressions only about the initial tests;The scooter arrived on time and without damage. With my weight of 254 pounds, this scooter carries me quite easily. But in terms of weight, it is certainly heavy, especially for women. The motor is powerful enough even on the rise. But more than 15 miles I could not squeeze out of it! Batteries last a long time, but for now! Let's see what will happen next? If nothing changes for the worse in the near future, then I will raise the rating to 4 stars! And if this scooter lasts me at least a year, then I will give this product 5 stars!))

I've been a manual scooter user for over a decade, and have tried multiple e-scooters of friends and colleagues from the $200 range to $1600 range (even one at $4,500!). In a blind test, I can confidently say the EV10K PRO feels and rides like e-scooters in the $1200+ range easily, for less than half the price-----From unboxing to first ride, the whole process only took about 5 minutes. All the tools were included, along with extras just in caseBuild quality is absolutely solid. No rattling of any parts like you'd experience on some e-scooters, and is light enough to be carried with 1 handThe smooth acceleration is paired with responsive brakes, allowing me to confidently stop from 15mph to 0 within 15ft. Max speed can be controlled via the app, up to 18mphThe headlight is surprisingly bright when used at night. I'm glad a secondary headlight is not necessary
Was really easy to assemble, upon using it this was pretty fun! Never thought I would find a easy scooter with strong performance but I like it. The app is a really cool feature to use, you have so many options to control it and even lock it up, I still lock it on the bike rack for extra security but to be able to shut it down so no one can use it after is great also. The battery last a long time, have not seen any issues with it yet and I love the color and features it has. No lose parts and if your breaks die down you can get replacement parts to easily fix it. Very happy and impressed. Most scooters in store are $700 this was a deal I could not pass up on. Very happy!
First off let me start by saying the 5 stars don't do this scooter justice on a rating scale. This scooter is fast and durable and even comes with indicators! Not to mention the safety protocols such as lock mode. When the scooter is powered on and someone tries to steal it the wheels don't turn; keeping it standing still!!! Its ingenuity is ingenious. For a college student, it's so convenient to travel from one building to another building fast and making to classes on time. The scooter can carry Me and my heavy bookbag with no problem. I even tried to test its speed and durability by riding it with my friend at once and it was still going at its 19 mph speed. I know they recommend you don't do that but it was perfectly fine. That just goes to show how perfect the scooter it and the company is. The battery life had been great on it so far as well. I only charged it once and for 2 hours after taking it out of the box and have used it for a week now consistently to go to classes and campus and the charred is still going strong. I haven't yet gone a long distance for more than 4 miles but thus far I'm really happy and content with the battery life. This scooter's price is worth it in my opinion too! Most scooters I've looked at are cheaply constructed and don't last too long or they are really expensive and super bulky. This Evercross scooter is not too skinny but not bulky and fits in my small spaces fine not to mention its feathers are super cool and actually practical. Overall I give this Evercross scooter 20/10 and 10 starts not 5 stars. I highly recommend it for students, office workers, or anyone who needs to get places fast but wants to go green for short trips or far depending on the consistency of use. I'm super happy with this purchase and hope you are too when you get yours!
