Below are some critical reviews about Electric Mountain Suspension Removable ProfessionalIt's been more than 2 months now and have been using this for my daily commute of about 4 miles plus running errands.Pros:- motor and battery are great, no problems. I even left it out in the rain, took it out in -10C/14F weather, it worked. Though the power dropped in the cold as expected but still, i was able to complete 4 miles- frame is sturdy. I had a fall and there was little damage to the bike.Cons/Issues: Most of these are fixable but still it did not sit well with me- brakes wear out quickly, especially if you are loading the bike. I had to get the pads replaced within the first month. Even after that adjusting the brake wires tricky, I had to go the bike shop and spend $75 setting the brakes right. I am going to switch to hydraulic brakes, which would give me more confidence in this bike. Wish it came as an optional extra.- tires are bad for road use. I ran 3 flats in the span of a month with the stock tires. now switched over to off the shelf road tires that have better protection against flats. No flats yet. One pro is changing tires is straightforward. Easy to disconnect the hub motor- no fenders. This is essential to riding in wet conditions. There are other ebikes at a similar price that do come with them. Though it's easy to correctOverall, good first ebike. Easy to learn and upgrade but do wish I had seen if there are others that offer the extras, as they are worth it.
This bike is fair for the price compared to the other e bikes my friends and family own, the assist/throttle on this bike are ok. But if you’re in assist one the throttle only works until 6.7mph then step two till 12.4 and position 3 it works all the way up to 21.7 and the Speedo only goes as fast as the assist level you’re on rather then your actual speed. Both of these things are not the same as the more expensive e bikes. My shift linkage is also not adjusted correctly, and jumps around on gears frequently. I was not expecting a flawless bike with the cost. But the range is not nearly what they claim. Running about pedal assist 2 and pedaling around 11mph-16mph based on hills the bikes getting about 20-30 miles of range although I have t let the battery run all the way down yet. So for them to claim 50-60 miles is a large stretch
I got this a few weeks ago and so far I got to say that I love it. My only complaints are that the bike itself is very heavy even without the battery (I don’t know if this is normal for ebikes) it makes it difficult to load in the back of my truck. The seat is also rock hard and very uncomfortable so it was replaced after the first 5 mile ride. Aside from that it’s awesome. I did raise the handle bars but that’s just my personal preference.Edit, so after having this for a little over a month I ran into my first mechanical issue. The left side crank loosened while riding and stripped out the diamond shape and bent the bolt. Anyone getting this should definitely check the factory bolts and possibly add blue loctite if you can as this was a pre assembled part that is now ruined.

My wife and I both love cycling and we got an e-bike that was 26" in height and it was a little low for me. My wife decided to use that for herself and I got this 27.5" model. E-bikes are so convenient to ride and use and it makes it easy to go for long rides. Considering the factor that good manual bikes are almost the same cost as this one, it makes sense to go for e-bikes.My detailed comments are below after using it for a week and I would recommend this product to anyone looking for an e-bike in this price range.My 2 cents are below:Pros:- This bike ride is very smooth overall. It handles well in bumps as well because of the front suspensions- Has 3 modes to ride the bike - ebike, assisted bicycle & normal bike.- Shimano 21-speed transmission system in form of gears and that should satisfy all the needs for any terrain of biking- Has a maximum speed of around 21.6MPH. I am not sure about you but riding a bike over 15MPH is something my wife and I both don't prefer for safety reasons and hence it delivers as per our needs. It has a 500W high-power motor and immediately catches the speed on pressing the trigger- 48V battery gives around 43 miles range on a full charge and that is a good number for an e-bike in this price category- Digital HD led display is very fancy and intuitive but I wish it was colored- Front suspension is lockable as well to suit your needs- Has disc brake in both from and rear wheels. It worked great overall for sudden and usual brakes while riding it- Buttons for horn/headlight are very accessible being under the display facing your side. It is very easy to control even while riding- Central b/w display visibility is nice even in sunlight. The screen is very bright and has no issues in reading values even in bright light- Headlight LEDs are bright enough for night rides as well. We usually tend to ride in the evening or when it is about to get dark and hence we liked this- Overall this e-bike looks fancy and targets youth customers. It would be a great choice for anyone in the '30s- Tires have good grip overall and we did not feel it skidding as if now- Great build quality and structure feels very strong from any angle- It is easy to charge with the access point in a nice area. It charged from zero to full in around 5 hours and I found it to be true to what the manufacturer claims- Battery compartment is removable and is IP54 waterproof- Comes very well packed and there was no damage at all- Bike comes in big packaging with most of the assembly already in place. Just had to fit some parts and screw them up. It was overall an easy assembly but sometimes you may need 2nd hand to get it done easily, especially for hooking the front wheel- Detailed manual provided and should cover any question you may have during use, however, there is a con as mentioned in the 2nd section- Manufacturer offers a 1-year warranty on the bike- Has multiple (4 to be precise) color options to choose from- Very reasonably priced in this category of product and it is a bank for the bucksCons:- I wish it had rear suspension as well for a smoother ride in plain terrane- Should have a bike lock inbuilt, preferably an electronic one just like how you have in motorbikes for that convenience to take it anywhere- I really wish it had rear fenders for dirt protection and a rack to keep something. This bike is made for mountain biking and so mud or water coming on the rear body of the rider is not a very appealing thing- Taillight is just a reflector and not a brake-operated electric light. When the battery exists with 2 disc brakes in the bike, then the tail light should have been included in this bike- There are no assembly instructions included in the manual that comes along with the bike
I love this bike. It rides smooth and quiet. It was also very easy to assemble. The only thing is that the seat is SO uncomfortable, so definitely buy one with more cushion. Also, the handlebars are a bit low and I can’t adjust them to be higher. I’d you’re a shorter person, under 5’5, I’d say that this may not be the bike for you. But it’s not a dealbreaker, I just thought you’d all like to know. I do like this bike a lot and I recommend it!
I am very happy with the bike, except when I left it outdoors in sparkling rain for 2 hours, it stopped working. The battery is still fine and can charge. I dont know what is wrong. Couldnt find any resource at all, except the option to return or replace from Amazon. How can an e bike not be at least rain resistant? Very sad.Update, after the after sales team saw this review, they offered me to go to a local bike shop to repair it and cover all the cost. This is a very great attitude that deserves high star. For those with similar problem, pls write a review and wait a bit. Somehow when I talk to Amazon agent they are unable to connect me with he seller to even ask self diagnose questions. However, maybe a bad review after a week of internal review will do.Unfortunately, the E bike was my daily commute, and the break down costed me a lot, so I have to buy a new one as soon as it is clear I am unable to resolve the issue. If only I knew earlier, I would not buy a new bike. This bike is very cheap considering the stats.Also, for those interested, consider a mini bike or moped, they use gas but are very cheap and has way more mileage and power. Also, their non existent battery will not die with age.
