I've had this bike for a little over a month now and so far its been one issue after another! For the $1500 range you wouldn't expect for the best possible e-bike but you should expect better components than what this bike comes with. Apon receiving the bike the rear brakes were pretty much non-existent. Customer service reccomended that I take the bike to a shop and have them bleed the brakes, so I did. The bike shop had never seen, nor could he find any information on this brand of brakes so they wouldn't touch the bike. Customer service then sent me a new set of brakes which so far theyve done an alright job. After only a few rides I haven't even gotten close to the estimated battery range and I've already had to charge the battery, I've had to tighten several components including both brake calipers, the kickstand, brake levers, the seat, handlebars. Ive also had to replace the tubes in the tires and to top it off one of the pedals just fell off during a ride and won't screw back on.I like the look of the bike and the motor is strong but that's about where it ends;. I've had bikes from walmart hold together better than this thing. I would have sent it back a long time ago of it wasnt such a hassle to do so. Put your $1500 towards a bike with more information on the internet because this thing has been a headache.

Two weeks after purchasing the $1600 usd product, it began to fail, error 02 was displayed on the screen. Vicent, his representative recommends that I restart the screen, and that I disconnect the cables. To which I listen and agree. The problem was that the following two weeks the bike stopped working directly, it doesn't start, it doesn't accelerate, it doesn't do anything. Just a bunch of useless heavy iron. I contact the seller and he continues to give me the same childish solutions such as disconnecting cables, etc. Of course I demand the return of my money, and since day 1 this man has refused, doing everything possible NOT to do so. Finally I have left everything in the hands of Amazon and his guarantees. I hope Amazon can fix this, and be more strict with the people who go through their platform. I REITERATE THE SELLER IS NOT RELIABLE

Below are some positive reviews about Electric FREESKY 30 80Miles Mountain Certified

The bike performed well, battery range is very good. To assemble the bike view the video, the included instruction sucked, even the warning label on the bike did not make sense. The bike was designed for people from 5'4" and up, With the seat adjusted to minimum and still ate it the first time got on the bike and I am 5'6" with thick tennis shoe; think twice if you are kinda short. Otherwise, bike is a good performer, my leg still hurt from the fall.

Hello all this is my review of the Freesky ebike and being a big and tall rider.First a little about me. I'm 6 ft 8 and weigh 300 lbs. I have struggled with finding things that can give me some exercise but fun enough that I would do consistently. I enjoy bicycling but do not enjoy a particularly steep hill that is at the end of my ride to get home.So I did some reading, YouTube watching, talking to local shops and decided to buy an ebike.Did a lot of shopping and settled on the Freesky 750W Electric Bike for Adults with BAFANG Motor, 26" Fat Tire Ebike, 32MPH 30-80Miles Electric Mountain Bike with Lockable Suspension, 48V 15 Ah Samsung Battery Electric BicycleSo one of the things that I really struggled figuring out is how the ebike works. The way the Freesky works is it has 5 modes. The best way I can describe it is if you're riding your bike without any power and you put in X amount of effort you might be going 5 mph. On the ebike if you go to level 1 you're now going 8 mph, level 2 takes you up to 12 etc… for exactly the same amount of effort. This is hugely helpful on hills. Where before I would have to downshift into low gear and crawl up the hill now I can add levels of motor power and continue up the hill at a speed and effort that I'm comfortable with.So now my review of the Freesky bike. First off I bought this bike because the price range and specs met my requirements. Finding bikes that fit a big and tall guy is hard and just as with clothing that means the price goes up. This bike managed to meet weight and height and yet stay under 2k.It was extremely well packed when it arrived. It took about 10 days from the time I ordered it till it arrived. The user manual was pretty good but could use maybe a little updating and a few better pictures of how to mount the front wheel. It took me about 30 mins to assemble and all the tools I needed were included.Once I had it assembled it took about 5 hours to completely charge the battery. The display is clear and simple to use. It has speed, odometer, trip, battery charge and all information is easy to access. I have run the bike for little over 12 miles on level 1 assist the whole time and never drained a single bar of power. I’m not sure what the max range is for a full battery charge.I was concerned about the fat tires requiring more pedal effort just to move but found the ride they offer far offsets the effort. The ride is very comfortable and the front shocks take the jaring out of the road. The Freesky does have a throttle on it that will let you quickly get a hit of power that can be really handy to catch up to a friend or just quickly get you up to your cruising speed.I feel like the bike is really well made but that comes at a cost of it being heavy.I’ve put 50 miles on the bike in the first 4 days that I’ve owned. I know I’m not getting as much exercise as if I was using a non-ebike but I use this every day. The best description I can give of this bike is that it's just FUN to ride. I go out for a quick ride and don’t ever turn around cause I’m tired or worried about trying to get up that last hill. It’s like the first 10 mins of a ride when you go out and maybe it's a little downhill slope and you're just pedaling along enjoying yourself. Except on the Freesky ebike that is the whole ride. I couldn't be happier.

I spent about a year reading every review I could find in magazines, Amazon and a number of other sites. You can never be sure to believe what you read. I am not a paid reviewer and I have no relationship with the seller. I paid full price, and I don't normally write positive reviews. I have a group of friends that have all gotten into eBikes. I was the second in the group to purchase one. The first guy spent almost 4X for his bike over this one. It is a more common brand and he got it from a bike store so that accounts for the price difference for sure. I have ridded his and that motivated me to buy one. Well supply chain issues and higher costs so I was looking for a more reasonable alternative. I settled for the Freesky as all the components are top of the line. The motor, battery, display, brakes, derailer and so on so you get the picture. After riding several eBikes, so far, the Freesky is by far the best. The bike came and required very little assemble. I did encounter an issue with one of the plugs for the display and the seller shipped me a new plug assembly that also had the display as well. I have had the bike for the last 4 months and have put about 100 miles on it. I have only had to recharge it twice and both times it was not totally discharged. I peddle as well so its supper easy and efficient. I am about 160 Lbs and I have gotten the bike up to about 33 Mph. Four of my friends have joined the group with different purchases. All have been in the sub $2,000 range. I am the handiest so I have helped to assemble the other bikes. None have been as solid or well-built as this one. One bike had an issue with shipping and had to be replaced (it was shipped poorly; you expect FedEx or UPS to be bouncing it around.) This bike was packed very securely and It arrived with no issues. One of the other bikes had poor hardware and two items broke and need replacement from the seller. One of the bikes assemblies required me to improvise and modify a few items, my friend would have never been successful putting it together. So far this is a great bike and a very responsive seller. I have a lot of confidence this was a great purchase. I will follow-up when I hit 1000 miles :)
