I'm giving this bike three stars because it is a good bike I bought my bike a few months ago and paid over a thousand dollars for it now it's going for 500 I think that's messed up how you do your customers but it is a good bike
Most e bikes have a removable battery my bike came with the battery on it already and I tried to unlock the battery but I couldn't take it out properly due to the cover which I can't get the screws out of. I rode a little over 4 miles on a full charge at high assist and went from full lights for the battery to only having 2 there's a total of 5 lights 🙃 how does a bike that's charge should at full last 20 - 44 miles be past half empty after a little over 4.

Everything came out of the package in fine condition and the assembly went well. However, the computer on the handlebars was dark and totally dead. I contacted the seller through Amazon and they told me to put a voltmeter on the charger and and also on the battery and send them a photograph of the readings. It's necessary to remove the battery from the bike in order to do the voltage reading but I could not get the battery off the bike. Finally, using all my strength I was able to pull the unlocked battery forward along the bottom bar and that released it so I could take a voltage reading. Both the charger and the battery had a good reading, and to my surprise when I replace the battery the bike came alive. It's raining now and I have not ridden the bike but everything looks just fine and I was pleased with customer service and how willing they were to work with me.
Our bikes are 350w. We weren't sure what to expect since these were our first e-bikes. We Haul our dog that is 30 lb in a cart for toddlers behind the one bike and it works fine. The more weight you put on the bike the less battery life you have. They are nice bikes for the price our only regret is we should have ordered step through not step over. We recently ordered new bikes with step through, longer battery life and bigger Motors we haven't received those yet but we are excited to go further with more battery life. Overall we are very pleased with this bike
I havent actually taken my bike out for a ride yet due to weather conditions but just from riding it in the hallway of my house id say the seat hurts, the chain needs adjusted, the headlight will need moved due to it rubbing the tire, im not too sure about the battery life or the power of it yet but seems like a durable bike that'll need a few minor upgrades
