Below are some critical reviews about EBKAROCY Removable Electric Multi Shock AbsorptionI’ve been trying to order this bike from this page for over 10 times, each time it says payment revision required yet I definitely have enough in bank to buy. Shipping didn’t take too long once the order was finally through. BUT after I resembled it, I found a few broken pieces in the box that I was not sure where it came from. Then I noticed the front handle bar and the front wheel does NOT connect together. So I just called a bike shop to ask what is going on, they look up this bike, then tells me this should not be happening. So in conclusion bare minimum, no gaurantee. Took too long to go through for purchase, suspiciously long. And then the front wheel and handle bar is not gauranteed to be connected. BUT the little bag that can hang over the bike is cute. Other than that I recommend to take your time and think if there are more trust worthy pages to purchase.
The locking mechanism on the folding handlebar stem was damaged upon arrival. The customer service person is very helpful in any inquiries. They gave me a partial refund and shipped out a new stem. The steering doesn't turn smoothly. I don't know if that is a defect or if it is supposed to be like that? It sticks a little in the forward position. Maybe it is supposed to be self centering? The brakes were installed with the pads rubbing on the disks, preventing the wheels from spinning freely, so that had to be adjusted. Basically the bike arrived needing some adjustments to work properly.After addressing these issues and finally being able to ride the bike here are the good things: The engine has good torque and is very quiet. I tested it going up a long hill and it never fell below 10mph. On the same hill on my regular human powered bike, I would be struggling to go that fast. The top speed I got was 21mph on flat ground. I wouldn't want to go much faster than that on a small bike like this. The suspension does a good job of handling bumps. The front light, brake light, horn, and phone holder with USB port are nice features. The turn signals are cool, but I would not rely on those for signaling to motorists behind you that you're making a turn. They are very small and low to the ground.Some things to note: The chain is rough when you pedal, but pedaling this bike isn't that useful. It gets around better using the throttle like a little moped. I don't think you'll need to pedal much thanks to the large battery. The bike is very heavy for it's size, making it kinda hard to handle when it is folded up. Maybe after awhile, folding and carrying it will get easier with practice.
I had a problem with the bike but the company was very quick to resolve the situation to my satisfaction.

Upon receiving the Box and then unboxing was great to see that majority of the bike already assembled! I attached the foldable pedals, secured battery bracket that secures the battery, placed 2 parts together on the handle bar and lastly installed the removable seat. I'm impressed on the durability of the structure of this bike. I purchased 2 bikes for each of my daughters! Their opinion of the bikes are they love it! I only had 1 issue with one bike not charging. Being that I purchased 2 bikes, I found that 1 of the chargers was not charging. I contacted customer service (Ms Eileen). She greeted with great enthusiasm and refunded money to purchase a replacement charger via Amazon. Long story short, the replacement battery charger does charge the battery! This lady was very thorough with providing great customer service and resolution, I feel confident that I've made the right purchase and will enjoy riding along side my daughters. They have electric bikes and I have an electric scooter! I hope this testimony will bring you comfort in purchasing the EBKAROCY Ebike!
E-bike arrive on time, easy assembly although there was no pedals inside the box? I emailed Ebkarocy for pedal not included, Elieen from customer support emailed back in a few minutes saying they will send me a pair of pedals. Coming from China, delivery is 10-12 days. I could have bought here, since I already paid for e-bike, might as well wait. Pedals came in 10 days. Started riding my new e-bike, after a few miles, battery needed charging? My 1st time to charge and charged for 7 hrs as per introduction. Nothing was charged and won’t even turn on the headlight. I emailed Ebkarocy again and Elieen emailed within a few minutes. We did the troubleshooting and that didn’t work. She said that she will send me a new charger or credit me $40. And order in Amazon. I told her I’d wait for the new charger. We have been emailing for updates and the response time from Elieen was within minutes. New charger finally came and was able to charge the battery to full. Ride my new e-bike, when it was time to charge, it did work this time. I’m so impressed with the response time of Elieen from support and reading all reviews made me buy. E-bike is good on flat roads and will do ok on small hills. Neighbors are impressed with my e-bike and a couple will be buying soon. I’m all about customer support and Ebkarocy followed through with it. My daughter will be ordering one soon. Thank you once again to customer support (Elieen) more power to you. Will updated on the charger in a couple months.
I'm happy with this eBike. My main reason for this purchase was to pull a cart purchased on Amazon. The cart will contain a 50qt. cooler, buckets, fishing rods, tackle box and some other accessories. I have lower back and arthritis issues, so pulling the cart for long distances can be painful. I weigh 220 lbs. and the cart with the fishing contents weighs approx. 30-40lbs., and living in flat So. Florida, the cart (330 lb. rated) should easily take me to and from a fishing spot that won't exceed more than 3 miles round trip.I haven't gone fishing with it yet, but I will remove the battery (9 lbs.) when loading the bike to lighten the load. I'm also having a custom trailer hitch rack welded together to easily transport the bike.**I had an issue with minor damage from shipping and the customer service rep. answered my email quickly and resolved the issue 100%. I am extremely pleased with them!**Update…. Today is January 13th and I’ve gone fishing twice with the ebike. With the cart fully loaded with a cooler and five fishing rods and other gear, the bike easily pulls the load. Last trip I traveled a total of four miles. A lot of people make comments about how cool the idea is.I’m a very happy camper!
