Reviews
Below are some critical reviews about Sixthreezero Comfort Bicycles Body Womens ComfortGot this bike for my wife who is 5’2. No way she can ride it. I am a little under 5’6 and it is ok for me. They sent an instruction manual for the wrong bike so that make it tough to assemble. Then when you go on website they only had the 7 speed instructions, not the 21 speed. It is together, I hope. First test ride show I will have readjust it all for my height tomorrow because I am done dealing with it today. Comfort seat didn’t seem all that comfortable on the first ride. May have to get a softer one.
When I ordered I knew it was coming from the Amazon Warehouse stated "new" in the "original packaging" nothing stated that it may have been returned previously without the needed parts for assembly. Didn't state that they checked on why it came back?? No Pedals ? No Bolts ? showed fenders None. Nothing was included to assemble the bike. Yes, I could have returned it and I filled out the return label but decided to call sixthreezero and try and get the parts. 1. They have no parts available even to purchase 2. Their excuse is they have had an increase in sales of 800%, so nice for them but what about the consumers? Do you want to keep customers? If you can't meet the demand then quit marketing. I decided to take it to a local shop and see if they could assemble the bike. They were able to. The paint on the body and wheel was scratched out of the box too. So the small savings for "warehouse" purchase was negated and cost more than a new bike. Just wanted all to be aware to find out more about the purchase. I am out an extra 150$ for this purchase.
Really happy with this bike. I went back and forth over this and a cheaper bike, so far I am glad I got this one. Out of the box it is intimidating and you think assembly will be hard, but honestly it wasn't too bad. The brakes are the hardest part. The online guide is worth downloading and helpful. The color (cream) is nice and I love the fit and style of the bike. The 3 speeds is perfect for cruising flat surfaces and I am glad I don't have a ton of gears to try to figure out. It is a perfect bike for nightly rides around on flat paved surfaces. The fit and style are perfect. My only grip is that the tires that came were the wrong color. The description said a burnt orange would come, but a light purple came instead. A small thing, but still, would have been nice if the bike tires matched the rest of this amazing bike. Over all very happy with the purchase.
