They answered every question and concern while being quick to respond.2nd: Delivery time was actually ahead of schedule. Idk if that is on Amazon or the sellers part. They also came pretty secure within the box.3rd: Fully assembled, the bikes look fantastic and function well for their intended use. Disc brakes on the front and back with the latter being a bit protected by the frame which is good. The bikes are also very light which is good for carrying purposes if need be. I'm 5'8" and the handle bars come up to my waist.4th: Not bad for the price considering that im only using them for light trails, exercise and training. These are good starter bikes and I look forward to seeing how they ride.Overall: I would buy for my son, but if you are looking for something that maybe for hardcore or extreme riders this isn't it. If you are looking for light trails and road, this bike works. With anything, you pay for what you get and so far I like a lot.
