Below are some critical reviews about Framed Counsel Bike 27 5in BlackDisc brake broke after very light use, box arrived damaged. The bike feels super cheap. The company is a penny pincher definitely not consumer friendly. They don’t care about your business. They expect you to take this bike to a shop and pay half of what it cost to have it professionally built even the parts that are preassembled or they will not honor their warranty, not even for cheap parts that could easily be resupplied by them, bad business. Go else where!
