Item arrived 4 days late and the battery is broken!! Right before Christmas! The company has taken all the proper action to resolve this product. As soon as I receive my battery should be an awesome bike?
Bike was easy to assemble. Make sure you torque down all bolts after you set up initial fit. I bought this bike for my son because we live in a neighborhood where his friends live up to miles away and lots of hills. I took it for a ride after a complete full charge. It has 3 levels with level 3 giving it the most power. This bike is fast when its on level 3 and in 7th gear pedaling. I recommend a helmet because of the speeds you can reach on level and down hill riding.
