Below are some critical reviews about AVASTA Mountain Bicycle Speeds SuspensionI bought this bike 3 times, each and every time it has shown up damaged. The rear gears have been bent each time and the chain falls off immediately when attempting to change gears. I am so angry because the bike itself looks great and my daughter loves it which is the only reason I kept hoping the bike would show up in working condition. Unfortunately the third time was not the charm and now i'm stuck with a bike that does not work and I missed the return window by 1 day. So now i'll need to take a brand new bike to a local bike shop and pay more money to get this bike to work. So frustrating, buyers I'd pass on this one.

I purchased this bike (AV-560) as a Christmas present for my son-in-law. It was fairly easy to assemble but I did end up having an issue with the front brake rotor and caliper mechanism. I exchanged several emails with a support person at Avasta. He was very determined to make things right for me. In the end, it turned out that a fairly simple adjustment was all that was required. The bike looks great and down the road, I may buy one for myself, too. Avasta support rocks!
I’m not a pro biker. Was looking for a bike to ride around with the kids. Easy to assemble. Comfortable to ride. Pretty light weight and it also looks good. So far I’m pleased.
