Battery life is just not good
Bike holds a charge for a very limited time, customer service is terrible.

Product was easy to assemble, only had to attach the handle bars and it was easy and simple. The battery life is also good my son typically gets about an hour or two out of it before it needs to be recharged. He loves this product, it’s pretty fast for what it costs.
Finally got the bike but it’s a bit smaller than the picture but has some kick to it!
My grandson loved it!
