Below are some critical reviews about Mountain Bicycle Full Suspension Drivetrain CommuterThe Bike and the quality is good. But there are several things to know before buying:1). There is no front Brake, there is a brake thing near the handle but it doesn't connect anywhere near the front wheel. You have to buy a separate brake to attach to the front wheel and you have to drill holes and align it to the wheel yourself. CAUTION: please don't ride the bike without both the breaks working, If you ride the bike really fast or ride downhill you will not have control on it and you WILL FALL2). if you want to pump air you have to buy a separate Extension nozzle because normal pumps won't fit the default nozzle that came with the bike.3). the handle part tilts down when you are riding really fast, you have to buy a drill to really tighten it. Screw driver will not work4). you need to buy a separate Star screw head to extend the side stand since by wear it will get loose and your bike will fall when you try to stand it.Overall this is a really good bike but there are some major flaws. Thats all I have for now if I notice something else I will Update on here
Three things wrong 1. There is nothing in the description on what adapter is required to put air in tires, I would not have purchased a bike with special stems. Amazon needs to correct this. If I cannot fix this I will be returning the bike. 2. The disk brake plate is bent, I cant ride the bike without air to determine if I need to return the bike or replace the plate! 3. UPS packages are so dirty when they arrive, I need to clean the packages before bring in the house. Spent a lot of time trying to find the air stem adapter to fill the tires and need help!!!!!
I bought this bicycle the beginning of July. I am not an avid cycler or anything but I was hoping to be able to start riding with family. In less than 2 months of occasional use, both of my wheels are bent and my gears won't shift into each gear. I have only ridden this bike in my back yard and on flat streets with no tricks or outrageous terrain. I'm super disappointed in this bike considering how much I paid for it. It has the quality of a walmart bike.

For the price it's a good deal for basic trail riding and for the street. I'm 5'3" so I could have gone with a 24" but the 26 is fine. Of all the bikes we've owed they have all been in this price range. At my height I really felt like the handle bars are too low. I added an adapter for 7$, well worth it. On huffy and Mongoose you can adjust the height of the bars with out a riser, but this is a thread less system so there's little adjustment with the spacers. The seat, just like others in the price range isn't worth putting in the box. I added a nice memory foam gel seat. Some comments led me to belive the valves are presta, can't remember if it was in the description or not. The valves are called Dunloop. Presta adapters will not work to convert these to Schrader valves. I bought a hand pump for around 20$. Not sure if a presta air compressor attachment will work. The tires were some what inflated on arrival, but I was able to get air into the tube with a blow gun, not to proper psi but enough to try it out and set it up till the pump came. Dual suspension is sufficient I guess, but I wish there was a way to adjust it, I could not find anything in the book about it. The hand grips are, let's say ruff on the hands, but provide plenty of grip. I use padded gloves, so it's a non issue. The shifting is smooth and the gears seem better for power and speed than other 21 speed bikes we have.
Good bike; it’s definitely worth the price, easy to assemble and durable. I had several bikes in the past and this is certainly the best and most comfortable one so far. Also, compared with my wife’s bike, which is a little less expensive but almost in the same price range, it definitely stands out.Great customer service: it comes with one year warranty. I had a problem with the right crank (I guess I had not fixed the pedal firmly so when biking the pressure on the pedal damaged the threads in the crank hole but I’m not sure if this really damaged the crank or it was something else) and they responded quickly and bought me a new crank set from Amazon.After almost two months, during which I have used my bike almost every day for couple of hours, I am happy with my purchase and recommend it. It is a good bike specially compared with other bikes in the same range of prices.
Its a very nice sturdy bike for a mid range shock bike. Down fall is the crapy presta valve tubes. I exchanged for a sharder vavle. I turned my bicycle into a dual motor full throttle e bike which the bike handles well and is fun to ride. I want to get another on cant seem to find anymore. Recapp found the orange and silver one and this bike did not disappoint when I converted it into a high speed e bike. Looking for the blue and white version to add to my collection!!!
