So far this control works well but I’ve not actually tested peak output yet. The scooter is faster and I was able to easily add a headlight and a brake light which the kids enjoy. A word of caution... it appears the one I got outputs the full voltage for the lights. So for 36v it will send 36v to the headlights. This was unexpected so if you plan to add lights make sure to test the output before adding the lights and or don’t use a 12v style bulb. Plenty of LED options available that specify up to 80v. Also sport mode activation was not clear however it seems one sport” terminal is ground so the other terminal must turn on sport when grounded either by switch or attaching the 2
I used this with drill batteries and a non specific 5v throttle and worked perfect. The "lock" connector needs to be jumped for operation or on a switch for continuity. Haven't tried any of the brake light output wires for voltage levels but the motor output wires are hot and that's all I needed!
Wire labeling wasn’t great but figured it out and it worked great
