I very much appreciate the follow-up on their part. It caused me to look again at what they called a "shipping label" for my defective bike and low and behold, I had been sent a pre-paid return shipping label to somewhere in Georgia. I don't know to whom it is actually going, but I'm glad for this to be resolved. I like the design of the bike and only wish the Chinese manufacturer took more care making it.I don't normally write reviews, good or bad, but this one is truly deserved. Out of the box the rear de-railer was jammed into rear wheel spokes, so the wheel couldn't rotate, because the rear wheel supports were made the wrong dimensions and they were out of alignment with the rest of the bike's frame. Obviously this company has no Quality Control function or staff. It appears they just slap these together and ship them out without a second thought for what the customer will be stuck with. I requested a return just to find out that I have to pay to ship it back to some unpronounceable place in China. So, I must pay even more for their junk.I might sound like a crabby old man, but I've spent 40 years as a product developer, engineer and business owner. What i am not is befuddled by seemingly complex machinery. I hope this company reads this review and starts making a product worth the money they charge. I'll never understand why, all the engineering and development that goes into a product like this, they take that technology and turn it into crap. There is no real excuse for this.
The bike is small. You cannot extend the handlebars, you can extend the seat height but the seat is very uncomfortable and will not stay in place, for a boy it’s gonna be very painful. If you are tall you will be riding humped over. Sharp looking for a kid bike. I like the rim design. The bike itself I like, but because of the design of the handlebars not being able to extend. I purchased a more comfortable and better made seat, handle bar extension, longer cables for folding, and pedals. The seller refunded me $25 on the original price of the bike. I will never purchase like this again.
This bicycle is full of defects- and the seller's return policies are a scam.As much as I tightened it up, the saddle (seat) won't stay in place (tilts back when you sit in it).When you turn, it doesn't feel smooth at all- more like something grinding.The right side gear indicator came in broken (had to repair it with crazy glue).One cable was broken too.Some of the stickers came so poorly glued to the bicycle I will have to remove them.Regardless of adjustments the brakes remain loose and there is friction in the front wheel/disc brake.The worst part is that the gears don't work properly.This bicycle is not safe for riding!This bicycle is so plagued by defects and so poorly put together I wonder if someone is doing it on purpose- sending the proverbial message in a bottle, sending out an SOS.UPDATE:I had to take the brand new bicycle to an expert at the bike shop. It will cost me about 90 dollars to get the bike functioning properly (if nothing is broken and it is just a matter of adjustment).The experts at the bike shop could not make the bicycle work properly and safely. The components are so cheap that they couldn't adjust the breaks to a point it was safe to ride the bike; neither could they get the gears to shift properly. And that was at the best bike shop in New York!I disassembled and repackaged the bicycle to return it.I started the return process. They expect me to pay for shipping. They expect me to pay for shipping back a DEFECTIVE and UNSAFE product. Then they will charge you a restocking fee. That on top of the 100.00 USD I paid at the bike shop to try to make it work.So, because this goes all the way back to China and I have to pay for shipping (and a restocking fee)- and I spent 100 USD for the bike shop service- it seems that by the end of this ordeal I will have paid 400.00 USD and I don't have a bicycle.I should've read the customers' reviews. Lesson learned.This seller should be banned from Amazon- their products are not safe, and their return policy forces the customer to keep the product because returning it is more expensive than throwing it in the trash.Do not buy from them.

I like the bike. The quality seems fine. It's bit that hard to assemble. One thing to note, there are three screws to tighten the handlebars and front wheel. Make sure you use the right tools to tighten the different bolts. The fenders are extra cheap plastic. It folds easily.
My daughter have used it once only looks fine but she had to tighten up the seat many times while she was riding it , Very hard to set it up . There is no good video show how to install it, even the booklet its not clear at all.Any way . The quality is good.The seller responded to my massages right away .
The price of this bike is just great and if you know how to assemble a bike I would not hesitate to get this one. You have to adjust the breaks a little bit, put the handlebar on, insert the axle into the front wheel. All tools that we needed were provided.
