Below are some critical reviews about Mountain Aluminum Kickstand Disc Brake SuspensionMissing major parts to front wheel assembly, disc break was slight bent, might of of mattered if the wheel went on correctly with proper parts and aliment but due to not having the correct parts I can't safely say it'd not also be an issue.They forgot a washer and cap nut, and I tired getting my own but threading didn't match. I contacted support and they didn't reply for 2 days so I processed the return and they said it was a pity of returned it and I said it was a pity they sold it like this. They seem defensive in their reply like it was my fault I returned it VS working with them. They did offer to pay for parts missing and said their shop is closed due to covid but I wouldn't trust that myself.Other than that. The bike itself is really nice, and I think a great value for the money. It looks attractive, seems sturdy and doesn't look cheap. Just missing parts.
Big scratch / gouge on frame out of the box. See pic.Came out of the box with warped front disc for disc brake. Had to buy a trueing tool and spend an hour fixing that.The seat won't stay in position. I tighten it all the way, nut on both sides, and it slopes backwards. Can't sit when riding.
The first bike that came had a warped front brake disc. This made the bike nearly impossible to ride. It also had something wrong with the main sprocket shifting mechanism. The second bike that came was damaged on the rear sprocket shifting mechanism. Not a great experience

First of all, just to clarify that for a bike under $300 I was not expecting something spectacular with high end components. However, this bike has surpassed my expectations by far. I am a weekend family biker, so it is a perfect bike for me.I have to say that I was very frustrated in the beginning because the gear and the break settings were horribly off ... the wheels were binding on the breaks and the chain was falling off the gears ... so, I spent quite some time reading instructions and looking for videos how to adjust gears and breaks. But, once done (after a few hours total work) I am very happy with it! Plus, I am now an expert in bike adjustments :-).
Bike was damaged during shipping but customer service was incredible. Bike was great. I had to return the item but it was incredible easy. Really hope to own one of these soon. Highly recommend
I purchased the bike for my husband for Father’s Day and he loves it! He put it together in no time and says it rides great.
