Below are some critical reviews about Electric Mountain Removable Battery ProfessionalShipping was faster than listed, although they do utilize FedEx, so the normal hastle of timing because a signature is required was an issue but not with Googo.Customer service was very responsive and handles issues the best that they can.The bike assembled without hastle and all the tools you need are included.It seems pretty sturdy.WARNINGThe BMS in the battery does not contain a fuse, which means any, and I do mean any, static will toast the BMS, leaving your battery useless. So good luck with that.
Don’t buy from this seller they sell defective bikes then they play games on returning the bike and don’t want to refund your money I have dealing for the past 3 weeks and nothing yet they are third party seller and Amazon are not helping just the round the buch
After lots of research in electric bikes I got the googo. Shipping for me was top of the class. At first customer service was very fast and very helpful. But after receiving the bike that all went away. Now I need help and can't get a response in 24 hours if that. As for the bike got it together and works good so far. Had a couple parts break while putting the bike together and needed help. We'll I fixed it myself without any support. I would leave a no star review but the bike dose work and my Kids like it. But beware of the customer support line it's very sh-it-y!I was even thinking of buying a second one of these bikes but you don't get the coupon a second time and they want full price. It's not worth the $799 but very good buy for the $599.. Don't over pay. Also my one son is a 300lbs boy and bike works great for him. Gets up to 18mph. We hope it helps him with loosing the weight..
