Below are some critical reviews about Cybertrack 100 Brushless Lithium Ion SuspensionWas looking for a reliable bike to enjoy this summer, but the metakoo turned into a nightmare. Nothing but problems. It comes with an extremely uncomfortable seat and it's not a universal design, so you can forget about replacing the seat for a more comfortable one. However the seat broke after a week and I had to install a universal seat and stem, which doesn't quite fit the bike right. I thought that Shimano gears were high quality, but 3 months later I can't even ride the bike because it needs an entire new shifting system. The front and rear derailleurs and shifting cables have failed. And you can forget about taking it to a bike shop, none will service an ebike that isn't from them. So you will have to be your own bike mechanic. In 3months time I've replaced the brake pads and tires twice. Can't even count the number hours I've spent on making repairs to this piece of junk. Amazon will not offer any assistance because it from a third party seller. The third party seller and the manufacturer offer no assistance whatsoever. I'm stck with an $800 piece of junk that I can't ride. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS BIKE!!!
Cybertruck bike is a good appearance one but when it comes to performance not a good product.Cable brake is not reliable and it almost killed me when I was riding it in slope and brake cable got loose. After readjusting, it happened again and again. Not recommended at all.
Bought same bike from a different vendor. Same pictures, description, etc. Now vendor is not on Amazon but this vendor joined right when the other was disabled by Amazon. They only sold this bike. Nothing else.It's a cheap eBike from China. Do not expect any help should you need it. The one year warranty us highly questionable.

I bought this from the previous vendor, which still sells it on their web site, though at a higher price. This is currently underpriced at $600. Only 48 Lb including 7 Lb battery - light for an ebike, but plenty sturdy. There are several YouTube videos with assembly instructions. I have over 400 miles on it with no serious issues yet. Biggest issues is the throttle is so close to the right break that I occasionally hit the throttle when I am braking, which is dangerous. I easily unplugged the cable to the throttle to eliminate that problem. Overall, the bike is awesome for me. At 60 years old, I love the option to coast uphill. You can go manual, full electric, or anywhere in between. I put in new seat, suspension seat post, and 2 1/2 inch handlebar extender, which is good for posture, even for a shorter person like me.
I hit my first 100 miles Andi can say it's a good bike for the price but the battery is ok.
