Below are some positive reviews about Wallke Electric Mountain Removable AluminumOverall I’ve had an exceptional experience with Wallke and my new X2 Pro eBike. I’ve been riding it for almost 2 weeks now and the X2 Pro performs to the specification or better. I haven’t done a full drain on the battery yet, got close once after riding over 40 miles on one charge mostly with the W-PAS set to 3, which is the most powerful and shortest range setting. On flat ground top speed hovered around 24-27 mph (38.5 43.5 kph) and I’m 180 lbs (81.5kg). I’m 6’2” tall and the riding position is very comfortable. Build quality is better than I expected, welds are solid and clean, fit and finish is excellent, especially for this price range. The six spoke magnesium rims are perfect for beach and mud use because they are so easy to clean afterwards. I think the X2 Pro is an overall great value, especially in it’s price category.I had one issue that the Wallke team jumped allover to make right. Amy and Wolf at Wallke went out of their way to help, even during the holiday break they stayed in touch. The issue was the rear tire arrived defective, it was out of balance and stretched, would pop off the rim when inflated. As soon as I made Wallke aware of the problem they offered to refund enough to buy a new tire or offered to ship a new tire at no cost. Before I could respond they shipped the new tire. When I told them I would accept the refund and I could redirect the replacement tire back to them, they offered the tire as a gift and provided the refund too. Amy was great with follow-up emails to make sure everything was resolved to my satisfaction.I will definitely consider and lean towards doing business with Wallke again soon. -Scott
