Below are some critical reviews about Sixthreezero Around 21 Speed Cruiser BicycleI am incredibly disappointed. I bought this bike to ride during this Covid epidemic. I received the bike pretty quickly and sooner than expected from Amazon. Gorgeous bike. Here is the down side. I purchased the 21 speed bike primarily because it was going to arrive sooner than any other bike. It was 339.00 (not cheap in my opinion for a bike). Having said that, it arrived well packaged no missing parts. The directions suck. Really suck. Woefully inadequate, especially if you don't have experience putting a bicycle together. The directions are in a book of sorts that doesn't even stay together, I had to staple the pages because they kept falling out of the book. Minor issue but added to the overall frustration of the whole damn thing. I went to YouTube as I am known to do when I don't understand something and watched someone from Sixthreezero put the bike together. This was helpful for the basic building of the bike. However, once you get to adjusting the brake and figuring out the derailleur, it's a whole other story. It is complicated, confusing and the Youtube video while helpful in parts, will not help you figure out how to build this bike in a manner that would make it safe to ride. This bicycle is not 85% together, it is more like 40% together. At this point, I can choose to send this bicycle back or hire someone to put it together. I am pissed and disappointed. Good luck. I welcome tips, ideas and suggestions.
The bike itself appears to be good quality for the price however, upon opening the package I realized that the front wheel had been forcibly attached to the side of the frame of the bike. The pedal was delivers jammed into the spokes of that front tire. The assembly was not easy, and after an hour of assembling the bike and tinkering with the breaks, I realized the frame of the front wheel was bent. There was also multiple scuffs on the frame of the bike.This was a birthday present for my wife. Now I must repackage this and return it. Very disappointing.
This was a terrible experience, hard to put together and faulty.The front wheel is not aligned thus the breaks do not get installed properly, had to take it to a bike shop and they had the same issue.Now contacting the seller to see if they will help or not !Will post updates.

Of course, like the rest of the world, my 13 year old wanted a bike during this quarantine and it was hard to get one. They were out of stock on amazon and but we ended up getting one! The teal is just beautiful and the bike is so pretty and yet well made. The aluminum frame is so light and easy to carry up stairs and the seat and handles are very comfy. My daughter is 5'5" and we have the seat pretty low for her since she is just learning how to ride, but it is easy to adjust. Putting it together wasn't too bad, but the instructions were a little spartan and there were some pictures that didn't match up exactly (like the rack on the back was shown connecting to the same screw with the fender, but in reality there was a separate screw for each). Adjusting the back brakes also took a little finesse, but all in all a couple hours of not rushing and we had to together.The ride is smooth and since my daughter is learning, it was easy to leave the pedals off as she coasted to learn balance before putting them on. I love it so much that I went and ordered another bike (in white) for myself!
After more than two months of waiting, we finally received this bicycle in a package. Assembling is pretty straight forward, the rear wheel, 3 x 7 speed change mechanism, front and rear brakes have already been pre-assembled. All I need to do was to assembly the handle bar, front wheel, paddles, rear rack and seat to the main frame. Only challenge is the handle bar adjustment; For shipping the handle bar was folded to central column to save space, so it needs to be restored to riding position. I need to loosen the hex socket bolt at T joint, rotate the handle bar and re-tighten the bolt. However, this bolt is REALLY tight, I have to use a cheater bar to loosen it. Other than that, The rest of assembly is rather painless. As usual, I adjusted front wheel bearing gap, brake pad position and brake handle travels, applied WD-40 to all the cables and joints, which did make brake and speed shifting lighter / easier. Speed shift mechanism works fine, however, you should not expect the same fluid ride, brake and speed shift quality as more expensive bicycles. It does provide decent and comfortable ride. Our teenager daughter really loves it and enjoys riding it with her friends.
Bike was well packaged and arrived undamaged. Came with tools necessary to assemble if you happen to need them. Instructions were well written...in fact I was able to use them to adjust my shifter on my 24 year old bike as well. Only issue I ran into was the brake handle on the right side was preinstalled high above the shifter instead of below it, which is more ergonomic. This left small scratches on the handle bars which isn't a deal breaker, but considering it was an anniversary gift for my wife it was a little annoying. Fenders are not included but we ordered those separately. All in all it is a great bike for the price.
