Below are some critical reviews about CLIENSY Electric Folding Removable LithiumWorked great for a month, then had some sort for e10 error for a week then it stopped turning on. I know my battery is ok and charged.There is no support for this bike or parts or information.I think it’s the controller.Other motor controllers have different connections and wire colors so they can’t just be swapped.
I was never satisfied at all with it. The bike is not functioning properly.- The whole bike is not stable- Makes squeaking noise all the time it is moving- Brakes are in bad shape and are noisy with squeaking noise- Gears do not shift and are very loose- Pedals keeps un loosening- tires keep getting flatMost importantly, it is not easy to return at all.I got refunded some money to fix the issues but not easy to fix a low quality bike.
Cheaply made. The genders are cheap plastic that do almost nothing for you. Had to replace the inner tubes almost immediately, and it was only ridden on pavement. Kickstand broke within weeks. Wires for the front light fried in the first two weeks, so that’s useless now. Overall. Wouldn’t buy again.

My husband loves it! However, I had to update this review. The bike is good but with no warranty, and no where to get the bike fixed is a big problem. Now, we need a battery! :-( My husband is no longer happy with this product.
‘The bike is awesome! It looks just like a regular mountain bike. I love that it folds so I can slide it right into my SUV. no bike rack needed. The horn is loud and the light is bright. The seat is really comfortable. It’s big and well padded. The materials used for everything are high quality. And I love the electric assist option. It’s nice to have the three peddling options. They are heavy to lift but I knew that before I bought it. They came quickly and were easy to assemble, just the seat, battery and handlebars need to be put on. The battery comes separately, ours cane about a week after the bike.
All that I wanted. Easy assembly, even came with the tires inflated. Don’t worry that you will receive two boxes at two delivery dates. My only complaint is that the manual is really shallow and no default web site to go too. This bike has some uniqueness so comparing to other brands isn’t always accurate. I’m still getting use to all the dynamics of proper operation. FUN!
