Below are some positive reviews about Aceshin Electric Mountain Removable Lithium IonMy wife and I bought one each. I'm 66, my wife 59. We love them. As a former race engineer, I'm always dubious about some Chinese products, and whilst these bikes are not perfect, they are darned close!Pros: They work, they have a reasonable range in the assist mode of at least 3 to 4 hours. The engineering construction is very good with nice routing of the cables. (FYI: English people buying these in America need to be aware the front and rear brake levers are on opposite sides to Eu, Japan and Auz. The seat height and bar adjustment gives plenty of range, and makes for a comfortable ride.Cons: Not much assembly info. The front spindle was lose in one box which had a big hole in the side, luckily nothing was missing and no damage (thanks Fed Ex.). The handlebars are clamped in place with four 5mm bolts which are threaded into aluminum, this makes it easy to over tighten them--very important to tighten them evenly and slowly. The front forks are badly damped and the springs too soft. The rear suspension is quite harsh and for us - we weigh around 160 lbs. It was necessary to fully back of the rear shock preload to get any travel.Over all though, these bikes are great value for money and should last for years. After our first ride together, my wife and I came back with big smiles, we still do a month later having ridden them every day (weather permitting).
Nice Bike.. Fairly easy to assemble. If I had to make a suggestion I would say the throttle could stand to be a tad bit stronger and maybe the tires could stand to be a tad bit more robust but other than that. I would say I'm satisfied
I received this bike from my husband for my 53rd birthday. What a blast to ride around on. As he tells me, I'll never get lost! My husband is 6'1", I'm 5'5", and we easily fit on the bike. Friends of ours bought the same bike in Lake Tahoe over the summer, so now we can double date! Took my husband 1 hour to put together. Comes mostly assembled in box. Had to put on handle bars, seats and front tire. Just Need some minor adjustments to the chain.
