Below are some critical reviews about 48V 20Ah Ebike Battery TriangleI received a dud battery, no light indication on whether its charging. The battery would not charge at all. I followed instructions carefully and to no surprise it wouldn't work once I thought it was "fully charged". The best part of this all is that you can't send it back for a refund!!DO YOUR RESEARCH when buying a Ebike battery please I can't stress this enough. Don't worry about spending the extra cash on a battery because in the end, having the peace of mind of the product working correctly is more valuable in the end.
Battery lasted 2 weeks then the mounting brackets started breaking. By Aug, 3 of the 4 brackets had at least 1 inch broken off the right side. The back bracket is the worst the last inch snapped today going over railroad tracks at low speed.Battery is getting unsafe to have hanging off bike. Not worth the money paid if the case breaks that easily. Wasted almost $400 on this battery.Contacted Unit Pack Power company last month they told me they would replace the case for 30$ shipping. I refused to buy a new case because of there manufacturing problems. They responded by asking for 15$. I refused again. They finally asked for my address to send me a new case on Aug 21. I have not heard back from them since.Them sending a new case could be dangerous to someone without the Nohow to safely move the battery pack from the old case to the new one. Nothing like a fire to help there public relations with the buyers of there product.Something like that could really help Amazons sales.

Been using this battery on my homebuilt converted e-bike with a 1500w motor and 35 amp controller. Packaged well and no sign of rough treatment in transit. Seller even included an anderson to xt60 harness to plug into my controller. The first time I charged it I didn't get too many miles as I was trying to establish top speed (43mph) and max acceleration. After dialing back the power (still able to pull 38 mph when needed), I usually get 80 miles per charge running an average speed of 25 mph that takes it to approx 30% remaining. I do live in a very flat area so no hills and my commute does not have many traffic lights so I don't have to stop that often. Right now I would recommend the battery and the seller and will provide an update if it crashes out before the 1000 charge cycle or 3 years whichever comes first ... if at all.
I needed a replacement pack fast and even though Amazon said this would take over a month to deliver, I received it in 3 days as promised. I bought the 20AH 48V 1000W pack. I bought this to replace a fried 15Ah triangle battery pack from another vendor. This one is actually a little bit smaller than my 15Ah pack and weighs about the same which is nice. My 15Ah pack was in a nylon case. I like this plastic one much better. It seems much more durable. I mounted on a converted Kent 26" mountain bike. Works perfectly and I love the extra juice I get. My electric motor is supposed to be 1000Watts, but according to the gauge, this thing is giving me a little over 1300 when fully charged. NICE! My only complaints are that this one doesn't have an on/off switch like my last pack did and the charger is only 2.5amps which is slow. It takes twice as long to charge this one as my 15ah pack did. My 15ah had a 4amp charger with fan. This one is fanless. Hopefully it helps the battery last longer as my 15ah didn't last a year. Time will tell. I'll update with any issues.
I got this battery to replace my older undersized 52v12.5 amp hour battery. The Old Battery bought back in 2017 was for a 1200watt motor that I had. ungraded the motor to a 1500 watt motor. So needed a new battery. This battery is very powerful. I ride my ebike to work everyday and to the store. The battery does have a BMS in it and is made strong with the case. I replaced the Velcro with zip ties. to me the Velcro can be undone way to easy. There is one con I found with the charger. It does get very hot while charging. The charger hot to 125 deg while charging. Wished there would have put a cooling fan in the charger. But it does the job. Over all I am very pleased with the battery and charger.
