Below are some critical reviews about X Go Battery Discharge Electric BicyclesWe were very disappointed when our battery arrived, the box was extremely worn and looked like it had been opened and tapped shut numerous times. The battery appeared to look ok, however, it would never hold a charge. While on the charger the lights would light up with a full battery but as soon as it was taken of the charge the battery was completely dead, no charge at all.
Took too long to receive and it was not compatible with connection my husband had to require bike to make it work

SO - it WORKS as it should. Ordered this because I "misplaced" the original that came with the bike and batteries. I will probably FIND it tomorrow - that is just how it goes. It will, of course, be in the LAST place that I look. This one works just as well and when I find the original, I will have TWO - which is always a good idea. Oh yeah, the price was very reasonable as well, and it arrived in a timely manner.
Good battery so far, but I need to put it through it's pace to know for sure. The seller is very responsive and helpful, I exchanged dozens of emails with them and they are great!PSA: Don't forget to purchase the charger separately
