Trike arrived quickly even with Coronavirus lockdown. It was moderately easy to assemble. A great design and high quality, but had a factory problem with the rear axle. Anne from Vanell customer service was diligent to get the problem solved. Unfortunately, a suitable replacement part was not easy to source under the circumstances, and Vanell quickly refunded my full purchase price. Exceptional customer service is 5-star. I rated the product 4-star only because of the manufacturing defect.
