Below are some critical reviews about Sixthreezero 3 Speed Touring 700x32c WheelsPoorly manufactured this bike is not worth even a third of the price. The instructions are generic and not for this model bike rendering them completely useless. The accessories that you have to attach do not fit the bike and require extensive bending and reshaping to attach them. The screws and bolts are a delightful mix of standard and metric so your going to need an adjustable wrench and multiple Allen wrenchs. Half the bolts came pre cross threaded and 3 more broke off in the holes. I am now left with the decision to drill out and retap the holes or send this garbage back to where it came from.
The bike is pretty nice looking, it’s not top notch but for the price that is t what I was expecting.I was not disappointed in the build quality, except for the rear fender mounting holes being drilled off center and the hanging bracket not being a proper fit. The back fender looks wonky and cheap.The seat was better than I expected but I replaced it anyways because I had a nicer one from a previous bike of mine.The reason for my low rating is the instructions, they were very haphazard. The pictures weren’t my bike, the steps were out of order, and the bike came with some mysterious parts that weren’t mentioned at all and I hope weren’t important.
Avoid! Cheap POS; fender was warped, pieces missing. Waited for weeks and it didn’t even come complete; it was missing ALL of the screws, lugnuts and bolts. Instructions are also terrible. Customer service is non-existent. Avoid these bikes and company.

I purchased the Gray 3 speed. I am 6 foot and 200 pounds. I am used to a mountain bike so this was change for me.Pros:1. Smooth ride!2. Looks great! It has a vintage feel to it. I have already gotten lots of comments on it.3. Gears are easy to use.Cons:1. Seat hurts your butt! I have been out of the game for a while I think lol.2. The instructions were not model specific so I had to figure out some of the pieces. It took me about an hour to put the bike together. I am not the fastest at things like this in general. The average person can figure it out.Overall: Great Bike! It you are looking for a good looking, smooth bike to ride around in, for a reasonable price this is your bike!
The bike is gorgeous once assembled. However, clearly they have altered the manufacture design of the bike without updating the assembly instructions. There was no part of the bike that matched the assembly instructions. The front break system was a particular adventure. I had to research them to figure out what type of system it was (side mount on this particular iteration) before I could even watch a YouTube video on how to install it. You need specialized tools to do it easily, but it can be done with a basic tool kit, an assistant, and some profanity. After it was all said and done though, I was very happy. One complaint: the seat is not very comfortable after a while, but it is really stylish and, as they say, beauty is pain.
I am truly happy with both the bike and the customer service from SixThreeZero. I originally purchased the Ride In The Park Men's 3-Speed Touring City Bike with the idea of riding from my house to the train station and back. After the first ride, I realized that the hill I live on was too steep for a three speed, so I contacted customer service and asked if I could exchange the 3-speed for a 7-speed. The company website advertises that "If something should happen to your bicycle during shipping or if something doesn't appear to be right, then we want to make it right for you as quickly as possible. With a little patience and understanding, we will make it easy and hassle free, so please contact our customer service for more information on returning an item or any other similar needs." True to their word, response was courteous, prompt and the customer service folks offered to exchange the bike in the showroom since it was just a 30 minute drive from my house in LA. The new bike was fully assembled and waiting for me. It's a great ride.I did assemble the 3-speed and here is my experience: The bike arrived on time in a sturdy shipping box with reinforcement straps. Packing material was high quality and there were many specialized plastic mounted to key components of the disassembled bike to protect them during shipping. My only criticism here is that these specialized protective parts were not compostable grade plastic, so they all went to recycling, which does not guarantee 100% re-use. The bike ships with two sizes of allen wrenches and multi-purposes wrench for bolts, but there was one size of allen wrench I needed that did not ship with the bike (I had the right size in my tool box). I also needed my own set of needle nose pliers to tighten the brakes. As a bike owner, you really just need to have a basic minimum of tools to maintain your bike, so I do recommend investing in a set of tools, a bike pump and a bike lock. In total, I assembled my bike in 1 hour and 15 minutes. For perspective, the last time I assembled a bike was when I was in college 30 years ago. The parts list and instructions were clear, but I think that if I was assembling a bike for the first time, I might have struggled a bit. I would recommend assembling your bike with a knowledgeable friend if you are either impatient or just not very handy with tools. But if you are handy, assembly is not a problem. For perspective, I asked the showroom floor manager how long it takes him to assemble a bike - he said it only takes him 7 minutes!The assembled bike performs like a champ. The welds are clean and the parts are sturdy. I especially love the extra-wide leather saddle for city cruising. It's super comfortable and great for casual touring. I would buy another bike from SixThreeZero.
