Below are some critical reviews about Outroad Mountain Spoke Double FoldingI went into this purchase knowing that this would be a project bike and the most important part that matters is the frame. I am glad to say the frame is solid and very study. I was a little worried since the frame folds in half and was expecting some flex or rattles, but so far very good.That being said, the first items I needed to replace where the seat, post and the handlebars. I guess I should have gotten a 27.5" or 29" bike instead of this 26", but I wanted the smaller bike. I am 5' 9" 160#'s, my height requires the seat to be in a position that the included seat post is too short to accommodate; so I had to buy a new seat post. The seat adjustment system that came with the bike is garbage. No matter how much you tighten the seat, it will find a way to move. Thank goodness my new seat post came with an integrated system, it worked much better. The seat that comes with the bike is pretty comfortable, but too wide for active mountain biking, but its sufficient for cruising trails. The handlebars I found a bit too narrow for my riding comfort, so I replace them with a wider version.The disk brakes seem to be OK, along with the gears, but i did have to adjust both; as you should for any new bike. The splash guards for the front and back wheels are cheap crooked plastic molded garbage, that I removed from the bike. The wheels are OK, but a little heavy. mine came chipped from shipping and I had to removed all the cheap looking ugly decal stickers. The front fork suspension is not adjustable and for me is not stiff enough; it bottoms out when I perform a hop/jump. The front fork suspension is sufficient enough for basic trail rides, but anything beyond that......... The rear suspension is OK, gets a little noisy if adjust the suspension too soft.BTW, the bike is a little heavy, but not terrible coming in at a little under 40 pounds.Overall, the bike has a lot of cheap elements. For the price tho, what do you expect!? The frame is solid, which is perfect for making a custom full suspension folding bike. So overall I am pretty happy with my purchase after those minimum upgrades, with more to come in the future.
My bike came later than expected , after my first ride, I starting to have problems with the bike. We contacted the company to get a refund because the bike completely broke after just 4 rides. They sent us ways to fix the bike but they did not work. We asked for a full refund again and they said they will only do 40%. This is unsat, the bike broke after little ride time and now we are stuck with bike that doesn't work and only getting 40% of what we paid for the bike.
I was only able to ride this bike twice before it had a catastrophic failure. The gooseneck on the bike broke as did the chain at the same time. This threw me to the ground knocking the wind out of be and bruised two ribs. I do not recommend this garbage.

I set out looking for a sturdy product with disk brakes that could be folded to pack in a car trunk that could quickly accommodate riders with varying heights for my grand children. This bike has a quick release front tire, a quick release seat height adjustment and a quick release folding lock with an emergency backup lock. My 58" grandson is currently riding the bike, but it can accommodate a rider over 72". It is sturdy and I have had several comments from kids regarding how cool it looks. I had to adjust the front and back detailers to get the full range of gear use. I had to find the instructions online using the derailer manufacturer's website. But once I did 15 minutes later we were on the trails. If I needed another bike I would buy this one again.
Excellent product delivered on time without issue. Fairly lightweight at 37 pounds. Cycles’ strength is well suited for large urban infrastructure for buckled roads, potholes, lack of sidewalks and shoulders. Welcome on mass transportation buses, trains and elevated trains folded or not. Can absolutely recommend this purchase.
Overall it's a good bike. The bike arrived early and the assembly instructions were easy to understand and follow and after a quick adjustment to the derailleur and brakes it rides pretty smoothly. The folding hinge took a minute to figure out and the first time opening and closing the hinge was tough but became easier afterwards. I'm 5"11' and it works well for me. My only problems were the seat itself... It's so lean that the smallest hole in the road or grass hurt my crotch, so replacing the seat was a priority. And when I opened the packaging(which I did carefully just in case) 3 tiny screws fell out and it turned out the chainguard had completely broken off and was dangling on the pedal axle it looks like it was damaged during packaging or shipping. I want a new chainguard!
