Below are some critical reviews about NENGGE Mountain Hardtail Suspension TerrainJust received the bike after 2 months of waiting. It is not rideable. The forks are bent and twisted. I'd have to hit them with a hammer to even attempt to straighten them. I lined up the handlebars with the top of the forks and they are so twisted in the middle that the front wheel is crooked and the brake caliper barely fits over the rotor because the caliper is bend with the forks. The top of the forks is all beat up. The whole frame looks a little tweaked actually and the rear shift derailer is bent. In all honesty I could have purchased a nicer bike at Walmart for less than $300. I'm not even sure the bike would be safe to ride if the forks weren't bent with the way they're welded together.
The bicycle is cheaply made, and service is poor, been trying to get merchant to send me return information and he has not done so., Bicycle if way over priced for what you get not to mention over a month to get.
I thought something was way off when trying to piece this bike together. The front frame is very crooked and It doesn't look like it would be safe to ride. It is a very poor quality bike. I wish I would have just ordered a bike from the US for half the price. It sucks to have wasted this much money. I ordered it based on looks alone and it does look like a wonderful bike in the pictures. I've ridden this bike a few times, it actually rides smooth but it feels as though it will fall apart on me if I ride it through a rough trail.. It may just be put out in my front yard as a decoration. BOOOOOOOOOOO to the company whom made this bike.

I received my bike a few days back, it came in just over a month, which was much faster than the 60 day estimated shipping date, the bike seems to be as described with some very minimal scuffing from shipping. Some minor adjustments are needed to get this bike in proper working order which is to be expected when not buying from a bike shop. I added a few accessories to mine such as upgraded pedals, grips and seat but the bike would work fine straight out of the box as well. Over all this seems to be a very nice fat bike.
