Below are some critical reviews about Murtisol Electric Removable Aluminum Adjustable Got 3 of them but one has a battery problem one is missing some bolts and one is ok it is a nice bike but beware that there are Quality control issues. Working with them on the battery but they have no replacement part so I stuck with a bad bike until they give me a replacement. Overall it is a nice bike if all is ok
Product arrived damaged. Flat rear tire, shattered rear fender, nonfunctional rear brake. Needless to say, after this and its massively underwhelming performance (battery is only 5Ah), and incredible liability even with all these problems fixed, I still gave up and requested a return. Would've sent the bike back too just to get it out of my house and prevent me from accruing any more medical expenses, but apparently the shipping for lithium cells is "complicated."The design is sleek, but has major caveats. The wheel diameter significantly limits what kind of tires you can put on it (because the nearly-bald racing slicks it comes with aren't suitable for any kind of riding), the brake pads need replacing out of the box to actually stop the bike and the twist throttle is a big minus point due to its sensitivity and propensity to make it suddenly "ghost ride." Additionally, the pedals spin when you coast the bike, causing the PAS system to kick in and do the exact same thing. It's a hazard to its rider, itself, and its surroundings.The seat itself was so uncomfortable I swapped my own seat into it after a single 4 mile trip. Hand grips fast-tracked wrist fatigue in a way I've never seen before, and the pedals fold in at inopportune moments such as bumping into something gently.It's also not waterproof. Instruction manual says to avoid rain at all costs. The kickstand is also axle mounted (another of the designer's fatal mistakes), and I had to tighten it four times in the past two months or the wheel would've come off.Key doesn't inhibit nor permit ignition, it's literally there to prevent the battery from being removed. The controller is setup in such a way that if it detects you going too fast, it will actively slow you down with the motor, and one time about two weeks into riding it to and from work, it slid out from under me when the rear wheel locked completely! At least the lights work nicely. Maybe I'll swap those onto my project e-bike because oddly enough they might be the nicest thing on the bike.Buyer beware, and if you don't, bring a good helmet. It's cost me two pairs of pants and a good amount of blood.EDIT: They're now trying to bribe me to remove this review, so they KNOW they've got issues. I've gotten the same email from a "Doris" despite arriving from obviously stolen or freshly-created email accounts asking me to remove the review in exchange for a $30 Amazon gift card and the promises of affection to local felines. No one should withhold affection from local felines. You folks at Star Union, Changxing Tianhong, and ZhenLong should probably find a different company to throw in with, because these folks aren't worth it.

I had trip with it over the weekend, I can’t help but tell you that how much I adore this cute bike. I have been doing my research about the electrical bike, and decided to go with it. First, this is affordable compared to other electronic bike, 2nd, it is an absolute cute bike, definitely love in the first sight. It was so good looking so that my friend couldn’t believe I got for $450, my friend though was 800 something.It is smaller than I thought but not lighter, after all it is electronic bike. As far the battery life, it lasted two hours for my trip, I took it to park, with a lot of up and down hills. It has three mode and you could control the speed by yourself, the fastest I went was 21mph, it goes faster if your pedal more.The electronic bike really helped me with the uphills, I was not workout that hard compared to the regular bike. In a word, ABSOLUTELY LOOOOOVVVVVVE it !!!!
This bike is going to surprise many people especially with it one chain and a hidden Battery people will be shocked in the street to see a E-Bike Like this
