Below are some critical reviews about MOPHOTO Tricycles Featuring Adjustable HandlebarIn the end, things turned out ok. The trike is decent and my wife likes it. I ordered the 24" trike to better fit my wife's size. We waited a long time for shipment, but that's ok because it was noted it was out of stock and would take awhile. So we were patient. Finally it arrived and I brought it to my local bike shop for assembly. They assembled most of it and informed me there were two left wheels. So I contacted the company and to their credit they sent a replacement wheel quickly. I brought it to the bike shop only to get a call from them informing me they sent the incorrect size. Mophoto sent the 24" replacement wheel but the trike was a 26" . So, Mophoto sent the incorrect size trike. But the bike shop assured me the size would be ok for my 5'2" wife. I had to contact Mophoto again and they sent out the 26" wheel.So, after all the problems the trike was finally assembled and my wife took it for a spin. She likes it and that's the main thing.In the end I deducted 2 stars for all the unnecessary hassle we had to go through to get a finished product, i.e. wrong size trike, 2 left wheels, wrong replacement wheel, etc. It's not top notch quality, but it's ok.
In picture look very good and it is, but when you receive a box whit wrong parts and malfunction tools and wrong manual is not worth it.
I'm giving this Trike a 3 stars because of the quality of the bike, small seat and it came with a bad manufactured tire and a flat tube other than that I would give the customer service a 5 star for taking CARE OF THE ISSUES RIGHT AWAY

Not to hard to assemble. Took a little time. If you have any mechanic ability you can. Do it by your self. Otherwise get help. Bike worked great.
I use this here to the mailboxes and take mail to the neighbors I also added lights on it for safety at night that one of my specialties at safety always comes first
