Below are some critical reviews about ECOTRIC Powerful Aluminium Suspension Removable The day it arrived and assembled I had to contact customer service. Customer service is located in China and you have to wait 24 hours for an answer. The brake caliper was sticking, the bell did not work, the front shock was leaking. After days of back and forth with emails I made it clear I did not pay 1500.00 for bike to work on it and provide R & D feedback to them. I contacted Amazon and they assisted me with how to use the A to Z system. I then contacted American Express and sent them the documents and video since I have buyer protection through American Express.I read the reviews before the purchase and many people were happy and did not have any issues. The bike was fun to ride the little I had the opportunity before working on it to get it back home. I guess it was my turn to get the bad apple. They did pay to ship the bike back and then contacted me via email to approve the refund.The accessories I purchased for the bike I had to pay return shipping.The most important lesson for me is never purchase an expensive item through a 3rd party on Amazon. If I cannot deal directly with Amazon and have a direct return available...Never Again
I ordered the Hammer and received it about two weeks later. This was due to FedX and their confused method of delivery.THE BIKE 1) the 1000-Watt is not SO!. Just remember in the eyes of law, "it is legal to lie". The only time it is not legal is in court ( perjury ). It almost stalled out on a hill with the power set to 5 and gears set to 1 (lowest range). 2) Power ranges are only speed range for the SAME power to be used. I.e.: power set 1=powers up to 7mph, then it cuts out and you are muscling against motor resistance, 2= same power but up to 13mph, 3=same power up to 16mph and etc. 3) it has a head light which needs to be recharged into a USB port. Only there is no cord to plug it into a USB. So when it goes dim it is permanently dead. You will need to buy a bolt on light and throw that one away. 4) for the initial shake down run, I took it onto a gravel road. The bouncing caused the rear wheel to come off on the left side. I did have a wrench to reblot it back on. However: the bracket that the wheel shaft is supposed to slide into was almost NO GROVE IS THERE FOR IT TO SLIDE INTO. 5) the motor does not free wheel when you coast or just peddle. You have to keep the power on, which cuts battery life down. 6) the hydraulic rear break does a poor job of slowing the bike. It feels very mushy. 7) POWER SURGE: it takes one full peddle cycle before the power engages and then it surges. You will have to get used to this power surge or you will either be injured or hurt some one next to you. I found that if you take off with the throttle then peddle the power surge is reduced. Otherwise: this is a great bike.

recently purchased the bike it arrived in a timely manner and the packaging was in good shape and seemed to protect the contents well all the parts were there. the bike was easy to finish the assembly although the instructions were a little questionable in spots. the bike appears to be well made and all the parts appear to be of good quality it pedals smoothly and the battery charged smoothly and in a reasonable period of time. have not used it on the trails I hope to use it on yet. it is a little heavier than I imagined and it is approximately 80 inches in length which makes it a little hard to place it in the rear of a short bed pickup
Its really good and I love but don't buy it unless Your over 6 ft tall wish they mention that made more clear how tall you have to be to ride it.
This Bike is a game changer in bicycle world. I totally love this bike. I ride pretty much everyday on a low assist (2). Allows me to do more work because I still want to do my morning cardio. I get compliments. However, at first I thought it's too big. I am 5'10 and normally I ride a 18inch frame with 29er, but this is an XXL frame with 29er. I did wrote to seller about returning this product, and the seller said that I should try to sell it. Believe me it's worth every $$$ I spend on this bike. It's just too good. Full battery allows me to go upto 40miles in one charge, but it also depends on your weight and how you ride it. I weight 210lbs and I normally keep on electric assist at level 2 of 5, and shifter between 3-5 of 7 speed. Brakes are hydrolics and they are really good. At first I was little skeptical about my purchase, but they really use expensive components in this bike. I read tones of mixed reviews and watched YouTube video. Also did my research on components; hands down a perfect over all Ebike. California buyer please be aware of your state laws. This bike is 1000w and not permissible to ride in california. I am from there so I just want to just inform my Cali ppl. Great bike, but it's pretty big.
