Unfortunately, while assembling it, I found that there was a stripped screw on a pre-assembled piece. This made the bike unusable as the handlebars could not be properly attached and adjusted.When I contacted Sixthreezero, I was offered no support, even though it was clearly a manufacturing defect. I was saddened to see such a refusal to stand behind their product.I am grateful Amazon has such a great return policy. The bike has been returned, and I will avoid purchasing anything more from Sixthreezero.Too bad...the bike would have been great! Poor customer service turned me from an enthusiastic customer to a frustrated customer arranging a return...
I purchased on July 5th, and am just now getting a response from the company! SO because of one missing item I have been unable to ride. I guess sixthreezero is super overwhelmed at the moment, so if youre okay with it taking weeks to get things situated, at this price point it may be a good option. I still haven't ridden my bike as they say it will take another 2 weeks at least to get this one tiny piece!
I did a lot of research before buying. Overall, I Love this bike but because of the way it was packaged I have to say I am left disappointed. The box arrived with a hole punctured through the box by the right side pedal stem. Everything looked ok so I assembled it, all seemed well. After my first ride I noticed a "click" on the upward stroke of the right side pedal., it got worse with each subsequent ride, which I have only had three of for fear of making this problem worse. I reached out to the company and have had no response. I do not see anything that is wrong and have attached and reattached the pedal. Very poor customer service!

I'm 5'2, 150Lbs and this bike is perfect for the size. It is super lightweight and beautiful color. I got the one speed in Coral. I never owned a bike as a child so I was scared to fall and break my head. I recently purchased the Huffy Cruiser from Walmart but it was too heavy and difficult for me since I am not experienced. I only had the huffy for 2 weeks when I decided to order this one. It arrived in perfect condition and mostly assembled. I have no handy-man skills whatsoever, so I greatly appreciated that you can contact the company VIA FaceTime, Google Hangout and have a mechanic help you put it together. I absolutely love it. I highly recommend this bike for anyone who likes to cruise down the boardwalk or go on long flat rides at the park. I'm using it to commute to work but I work less than 3 miles away. This is perfect. I added a large basket in the back to carry my work bag, 12lbs Yorkie or groceries.
This is a great bike! All parts were there except for a nut that attaches to the screw on the front reflector. No big deal, my neighbor said he probably has one and if not, customer support promises to take care of any missing parts or problems. They include their phone # and email in the paperwork. Instructions were good. You can adjust the height and tilt of the handlebar and seat. I love the black handlebars and rack, sets it apart from other bikes.
So awesome, I've been wanting one of these for so long, I'm so glad I finally splurged!I knew that I wanted a beach cruiser when I started shopping around for bikes. I did a lot of research and this bike has great reviews from all retailers. It took less than an hour to assemble, I used an adjustable wrench because my husband took our portable tool kit to work that day and it still didn't take too long. I did tighten the seat with a socket wrench and it was much easier LOL so if you have one, use that!After a week of rain here in New England, I finally got to take it out today for the first time and I received many compliments. I am so glad that I made this purchase!
