Below are some critical reviews about Framed Impact Bike Mens 20inJust received the bike. Fork was bent in so front wheel could not be installed. I emailed the seller, DJ’s Boardshop, and they replied within the hour, indicating they would mail me a new fork, which they said I could swap out myself. When I asked about whether the tool for this would be included (and no, there was no Allen wrench already included), they said the “certified technician” I would have assembling the bike (I wasn’t planning on that) would have all of the necessary tools. Hmnnn...assuming I did plan to hire someone to assemble, I assume the cost would go up for this added step. Anyway, I’ll wait to see how quickly the fork comes and how easy the installation ends up being, and will update this review accordingly.
You are not able to adjust the tilt of the seat and it is in a constant tilt. The front nose of the seat is turned up in a slant. My son said it’s very uncomfortable. I now have to buy a seat and post that can be adjusted. But I also have to figure out the diameter of the seat post which is not listed in the description of the bike. This is a complete hassle.
Once you open the packaging, you read a message in large print...warranty void unless put together by a certified bike assembler. Well, how many certified bike shops are willing to put together a bike from the internet. To make it worse, the bike frame assembly did not line up correctly with the wheel which should have just dropped in. My husband took a chance and spread the piece taking the chance that it could snap. He got the wheel on, but it won't be easy to get it off. The seat is awful, it is not adjustable and very uncomfortable. don't buy this bike.

Bought this for my 10yo for Christmas. The box store ones were too heavy and how too many graphics. The bike store ones were lighter and more simplified but we're 2-3x the price. Found this one and decided it was worth a shot. It's a great bike! The red wheels look fantastic! Easy to assemble with basic tools. If you don't have metric Allen wrenches, pick up a set as they are required for any bicycle maintenance.Only 2 real complaints:1- one of the grips was damaged due to packaging, not a big deal.2- my kid thought the brake was a little weak but after a couple weeks of regular riding says it has improved.Looking for an inexpensive 20" / BMX? This or one of the other Framed brand bikes is worth a serious look.
The bike was shipped earlier than expected! Plus they shipped it in my APO address. The bike was nice. It's light and sturdy! A well made bike. It was the same as the ad says but when I assembled it, the front fork was a bit bent-in coz when I slid down the front tire to the fork it didn't go through it needed to be pulled out 1/4 of an inch out. It's good now. It's an excellent bike but I wish they would try to assemble it first to make sure everything is good then dis assemble it and then ship it. I'm using it in SE Asia.
The bike is everything I expected. It was worth buying. It is very cheap. The bike is very light. When it comes, it is half assembled. However, it us very easy to put it together. It does come with the right allen wrenches you need to assemble it. However, you will need your own screwdriver. The bike doesnt feel cheap at all. I have been riding it for a week now and I'm pretty sure it will last. Also it does come with stickers.
