The bike was kept with four other high end bikes in our shed. We took it out for the season and the bike is fully rusting. we contacted framed and this is there responseThis type of frame is meant to rust overtime. The frame is heat treated with a special oil that oxidizes over time. The rust does not affect the integrity of the frame and is purely cosmetic. It is a popular look in the BMX world to have the oxidized rust on the frame, in fact a lot of people will actually purposely scratch their frame to cause this type of rust and you will see there are a lot of BMX bikes out there that do this.Beware. We took a shot with this company and are fully disappointed
The bike rusted within two months after being kept inside a garage. Other customers have reported the same issue. Seller says it's normal to rust and does nothing to help. The whole reason we wanted this color is for the iridescent finish and now the bike is junk/ruined, especially for the cost. Do not waste your money. The seller tells customers that riders want rusted bikes and "it's popular" to have a rusted bike. That is the most ridiculous excuse and quite frankly this insults buyers. Why have the awesome color choices only to have the bike rust.
I had to put more money on day one of the bike. then The dumb thing had rust on it day two, not worth the money I paid.

This bike is one of the best bikes I have ever had, it is a gorgeous bike and is so sturdy, it has the most smoothest rides and is so light, but during shipping the bike had just a little chip in the side, but I covered it up with the stickers they sent me, this is a great bike and is one of the best for the price, I recommend this bike for you.😜

Bought this bike for my 14 year old son. Bike fits fine even at 6'. Was apprehensive due to size but glad we did. Son loves everything about it and rides to school daily.
