There are no instructions on how to assemble. There is no clear way to remove the back wheel. If you get a flat or want to change the tire you will have to just assume how it comes off and hope you don't destroy the wiring. Very stupid for them to make you assume everything when spending nearly a grand on a bike. There are some assembly videos you can find on YouTube which are very simple but there is no information about removal of the rear wheel.

The battery pack keeps falling out which results for the bike to shut off randomly build quality does not seem to be what the value that I paid for was expected

Within the first week the motor had internal issues causing vibrations/grinding felt through the pedals and when free spinning the rear wheel. Contacted eahora and they said the gears were bad and then sent me new ones from China! Its been 2 months and still haven't received repair parts. Service is ok but they need to expedite repair parts for such an expensive item thats defective

If you want a budget electric bike, good for street mostly but also good for gravel and dirt paths, this is it. Quality of bike was better than expected, and it comes with everything you need except a taillight and maybe a mirror.Overall, I would recommend this bike for the price.Pros:-Headlight is bright, and I like the switch for it on the handlebars-Range is good, 34-68 miles depending on riding mode & conditions (see below for full test details)-Bike seems relatively light-Quality of components seems good, nice handle grips that don't slip/rotate.-Tires are nice and fat (26"x2.10") so riding on grass and gravel/dirt is stable-Display is nice and bright, easy to read.-Bike looks good, design is nice.-Battery has a USB port.Cons: (gave 4 instead of 5 stars because of these cons)-The bikes max speed with motor only is only 22mph on level ground when fully charged, and drops to 19mph when battery is low. The description says ECO top speed is 26-28 MPH, and PAS top speed is 28-30 MPH. If fully charged and pedaling moderately in mode 3 you can reach 27mph, but it is not easy, not much of an assist, and only when fully charged...as the battery drains the PAS top speed also lowers, at about 3/4 charge the 27mph top speed becomes 25mph, and then goes down to 22mph when the battery is low. The worst part is that if you try to pedal faster than the top speed, 27/25/22 mph, the motor will RESIST you and you can't go any faster. When going down a pretty steep hill and pedaling like a maniac with full motor power I could barely hit 30mph, and once the hill was over, it dropped to 27mph as I couldn't pedal hard enough to keep it at 30mph. As soon as you hit the top speed you can feel the motor resistance kick in like it is regenerating or charging the battery, but I don't think it actually is because the display doesn't show negative current.--So in a nutshell, the effective top speed of this bike is 27mph no matter what, even if going downhill and pedaling like crazy. I thought this bike would assist up to 30mph like the description says, but in fact it de-assists after 27/25/22mph. The only way to get rid of this "de-assisting" is to remove the battery. Even if you turn off the bike the motor still creates this resistance above the top speed somehow.-It takes 6 hours and 23 minutes to fully charge from a dead battery, not 4-5 hours as description says.-Doesn't have regenerative braking, it only regens in Mode 0 or 1 when coasting and going above ~13mph. Once you get below 13mph, it just coasts. When coming to a stop it would be nice to regen all that energy from 13 to 0 mph.------ Eahora XC100 Range Test --------Common Test Conditions• 6’1” 213lbs rider• Battery was fully charged before test started, at 5 bars, till LED on charger turned green.• Cruise control enabled and on 95% of the time (Hold “+” button down for 2 seconds to enable)• Pedaling lightly ~25% of the time. ~75% of time was motor only and no pedaling.• F&R Tires inflated to 51psi• Riding surface is 100% smooth pavement (streets & sidewalks)• Terrain is 90% flat and 10% small hills (10-25ft tall to go over creeks, levees, and overpasses)• All starts are done with motor power and light to moderate pedaling• Approximate stop/starts per mile: 1.5• Riding at full speed 95% of the time.• Free Spinning (no load) Top Speed, Motor Only, Fully Charged Battery o Mode 1: 15.4 mph o Mode 2: 20.1 mph o Mode 3: 26.8 mph• Recharge from 0 bars takes 6hr 23min and uses 0.56kWh. I waited patiently for this bike to arrive. I’m glad I did. Had a couple of scratches. Nothing a sharpie didn’t fix. It rides great. I’ve been riding daily since I got it. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase. It turns a lot of heads too. Assembly was easy.

Overall a good bike for the price. No complains so far.
