But overall if this is the only thing you read, I will have to say this item is worth purchasing. But see below for the cons.So right out of the box item looks clean and it’s mostly assembled so assmebly for me took about 30 min. Once I started riding it I had a blast!Here are some prosSuper funStrong motorNice fat tires- there’s are super important because they withstand pretty much everything, from pot holes to side walks...The seat is not bad although I can change it for a better one. (I didn’t feel the need to)Breaks are good, although like every bike you will have to fine tune it a bit as you use it. But you can learn in 5 min off YouTube.Overal the materials seem very strong and sturdyCustomer service is pretty responsive and resourceful.Gear shifting is nice and smoothGood battery lifeGoes pretty fast. And I’ve had a lotOf vehicles in the past such as a tailg Ebike, 2 electric long boards, moped, pocket bike. So considering it goes pretty fast. When I’m cruising on top speeds sometimes I kinda wish it can go a bit faster but then I come to the realization that anything faster will be a moped or Motercycle. You cant get much faster on an Ebike.I also love how it looks just like a regular bike.Over all- I really do like the bikeCons-About a week in to riding it the front wheel came flying off as I was riding. I hurt my self and severely damaged the lcd screen and shifter. A professional stopped to help me and he told me it was actually my fault the wheel came off since i didn’t tighten it enough upon assembly. However, the customer service was pretty attentive and after a couple contact attempts and after a long wait they finally sent me a new lcd screen (upgraded version) and a new shifter. It took many attempts of contact and I had tk get amazon involved, but they sent it. And I thought it was nice they sent the replacements even tho the breaking was my fault.By the way I highly recommend getting the upgraded lcd on their website, much cooler to be honest.They lie about the top speed on the speedometer. The speedometer gives me a top speed of about 33 mph. In reality I’m only going about 24, maybe 25 max. Which is still good, but their are cranking up the speedometer about 8- 10 mph. Which really pisses me off. They sent me the code for the lcd screen (which btw you can get it you ask) and even when I change the settings to make it go faster the speedometer goes up to like 40 mph but it doesn’t actually go faster then 24 mph.I also got 1 flat in the past month and a half that I had this bike, which I guess is fare I think.You will have to constantly pump air in the air tires and lubricate the chain with a chain lubricator such a tri flow. These arnt big deals but will have to be done about once ever 2 weeks, depending on how much you ride.The head light is weak, had to buy my own.It’s very heavy, but that can also be a good thing.And off course the price, $1300 is a lot of money. But you won’t really get any better for that price.So far it is taking me from point A to point B, and it’s getting me there fast n fun so I can’t complain. I actually saved a ton on Uber’s.Also, you will probably need to buy some accessories such as a pump, lock, phone holder, headlights, a stinger bell (since the one they provide is very weak).Hope this helped!
