Know what you are getting into...The sales experience was very good. Delivery was on time and the packaging was so protective that the ebike arrived without a scratch. The warranty service for a motor problem has been terrible! GDS told me to lubricate (what lubricant?) the (what part?) myself even though the symptoms indicate an electrical problem with the motor's hall sensors, for which no amount of lubrication can fix!Warranty department now does not reply to my emails. Buyer beware!

Way , way , way Overpriced ! This bike is Not worth anything near that price !Smh, Waste of good money ! Total loss for me ! Don't make my mistake with these bikes ! Run !

Below are some positive reviews about GDSEBIKE Electric Suspension Mountain Removable

I couldn't be happier about my new E-Bike. It's an absolute marvel!Let me start with the only negative and then I'll tell you the rest: It's heavy. I mean really heavy. I'm 73 years old and I thought I'd be able to lift this into the back of a pickup truck but I'm not so sure. I don't have the truck yet so I'll have to do an update on that.Edit 3/30: Absolutely no support, you're on your own. Don't bother emailing, they don't reply. EVER! Maybe they're out of business. Now for the positives, and I'm afraid I'm going to go on and on. First, when I got the delivery via FedEx I couldn't lift the box, so I pulled out the heavy duty staples one by one until the sides were free, then cut the cardboard with a box cutter. The folded up bike sat there, securely packed. So well packed, somebody should get a raise. It's padded everywhere it could rub on anything, nice foam pads zip tied onto the frame and no way could it get scratched. Then after it was boxed they sprayed expanding foam into the carton to fill every free inch. Completely impervious to shipping damage, you would have to run it over with a truck to hurt it.The videos I saw made it seem like unpacking was easy, and it was, but it took a long time before my bike was completely unwrapped.Following the instruction manual I unfolded the bike and sat it on its kickstand. The only problem I had was in following the directions, because there's one direction that misleads. Don't raise the steering column and then try to put the handlebars in, it won't fit that way. You have to leave the column folded down then put in he handlebars and straighten it up. That frustrated me for a while until I did it that way. Everything else was a piece of cake. It looks like a little motorcycle. The battery was 60% charged, so I let it charge overnight to top it off, which the manual said was OK to do. I'm tall but my legs are short, so I adjusted the handlebars down as low as they would go and got the seat about where I wanted it and went for my first ride. I was leery of using the throttle until I was used to it, but I shouldn't have worried. I just started in pedal assist "1" and it took off at a reasonable pace. I drove around in my neighborhood on streets that don't get much traffic and in just 10 minutes or so I was fully comfortable. It rode like a dream and I didn't have to pedal at all. I have a bad knee that keeps me from bending my leg so that was just what I was hoping for. Now I can ride with my wife when she wants to go out, and in fact we rode twice today. This bike is just great. It has a few features I didn't know about. There is a working brake light on the rear like a motorcycle. The headlight will automatically come on when it senses that it's getting dark, and you can turn it on manually too. The power disk brakes stop on a dime but don't throw you over the handlebars. The pedals fold but it takes a lot of force to do it, and they hinge in the middle so I think they will fold in either direction (not sure about that). The paint is very nice, I think it's probably powder coated. When you get yours set up, turn on the LED speedometer and hold down the "+" and "-" at the same time to go into the settings, open the advanced window and check the wheel size. Mine was set for 26 inches even though I have 20" wheels. Use the buttons to select 20" and lock in the change by hitting the "I" button. That's important to do because the speed and mileage will be miscalculated if it thinks you have bigger wheels. There are some settings in there that aren't explained in the manual and I don't know what they do so I left them alone. As far as anything else, I changed the seat for a Cloud 9 cruiser for increased comfort, I ordered a lock and because I live in a golf cart community I ordered an LED light for the rear just to have a flashing visual warning to avoid getting run over.At the end of the day I had gone 8 miles and had 80% of battery life left. The bike can go fast and far, but for today I never went over 17 MPH and mostly used speed range "2". I'll get bolder when I'm a little more used to it.So that's about it. If you want a a great E-Bike, I recommend this one.EDIT 3/28: No longer available on Amazon. Try these, but be sure you're looking at 750W 48AH 20" wheels for comparison and look for little things like fenders, thumb throttle, electric horn, etc. to see if they're included. Yamee Fat Bear, Lectric, eAhora X7 Plus, Walke X3 Pro, ENGWE, Speedrid and probably others. They all come from the same factory in Guanzhao China, just have different distributors names on them.

I love the bike it does do 32 miles an hour mine was at 33 handles great I just love the ride nice and smooth the only problem I have is the battery goes dead when it hits 30%

These are really nice e-bikes. Top quality for a Chinese made bike. Very smooth, comfortable ride. I bought 2 and they both functioned perfectly right out of the box. VERY well packaged and no shipping damage at all. I added bags and have ordered some nice mirrors. The nicest 20" folding bikes I've seen.
