I didn’t realize until a month + after putting it together (since this is winter, I hadn’t ridden it....but we had a nice day, so i decided to ride with my boys in the driveway) Now, unfortunately, it is too late to return 😢I started to ride, and changed gear....chain fell off....turns out the frame (including chain) appears to have been damaged (I didn’t notice when I received it). My husband thought something was wrong when he first put it together- but since I didn’t change gears then- I didn’t realize the problem (still really don’t know the problem...but it is too late to return) And now I have an expensive, damaged bike I never really used.😔....and the repairman will have to fix it.....(additional cost)Disappointed I didn’t inspect closer...and disappointed in the purchase.

When the bike first arrived original impression was good quality! After construction we found the wheel was badly warped and it rubbed heavily on the front brakes at certain spots. The company sent a new wheel in about 2 weeks. It’s now apparent that the wheel wasn’t the only issue. The whole front end is bent to one side and the whole wheel leans to the right, making the front brakes impossible to properly sent and causing the bike to pull to the right when riding. Still in the process to have the bike or front end replaced.

The bicycle arrived with the chain attached to the outside of the bicycle assembly. The only way to resolve the issue would be to cut the chain and reassemble, which is ridiculous!

I love my new bike! At age 46, I wanted a comfortable bike to ride around with my family where I sat upright, had a few gears, and was light enough for me to lift onto the bike rake. Total success! The best features are: how comfy the seat feels, the chain rail cover and the paint job. I was also so pleased to find that the handlebars and the handbrakes were adjustable to my exact specifications. Unfortunately, the seat fell off and I fell on my 1st long ride when I swerved to miss a toddler, but that was due to assembly error not manufacturing. Luckily, I was able to quickly reassemble it myself after walking home and resume my ride.

Here are my pros and cons.Pros:- Overall I'm happy with my bike. It seems to be of pretty good quality. I'm just happy to have gotten it with the bike shortages going on in the world due to COVID-19.- I like the rear little storage rack. I finally got jumper cables so I can start strapping down my bag or add a basket to it.- It rides pretty comfortably and the seat is pretty comfortable too.- The color is a really nice mint/seafoam green.Cons:- The assembly was easy but I had to take it to the local bike shop because I couldn't get all of the gears to work. So star off for this. This was actually quite disappointing especially after waiting 2 months to receive the bike.- Also, the kick stand sucks... and forget about it if I have a basket in the front or God forbid a toddler bike seat attached. It is NOT stable.- Maybe it's my lack of experience with multi-speed beach cruisers but I was expecting it to be easier to ride up hills than my single speed beach cruiser. Perhaps it's the weight of it that makes it more difficult? I have it on the 3rd highest gear and it feels like it goes at the same push force as my single speed. I never put it on the lowest gear because that is waaaay too much work.

Getting a bit older means riding a traditional bike gets a bit harder on your back hips hands and knees. A family member suggested a Townie bike that had an up right pose with a foot forward pedals. But once you see the price your in sticker shock. I also went to a shop and tried one, but it was still hard on my knees. After some research on bikes I found the SixThreeZero bikes. The prices were much more affordable. After reading the reviews I took the chance and ordered one. Since no shops carried them I thought if i didnt like it Amazon would take it back. But I found I loved it! The design is better then the pricier one. There is no pressure on my wrist and hands with the upright pose of it. And the peddle forward design its much easier on my knee! Also I did not have to take out a new mortgage to buy it.
